Stopped here to sleep while in a road trip. This seems to be an older hotel, and it could use some touch ups, but overall the place is clean and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The staff is very nice. I checked in late, the clerk on duty, I believe her name was Destiny, was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here if I'm ever in the area again. My only complaints are that the facility needs to be fixed up a bit, and the light from the microwave display is too bright (silly, but it did disrupt my sleep a bit). Pics are of the area around the a/c in the room.

I stayed for two nights. The staff - all of them! - are really nice, personable and helpful. There is a well stocked shop in the lobby for heat-up meals and snacks. I made use of the free laundry - new LG machines - to catch up on laundry. Note that there are problems with the EV chargers (that has nothing to do with the hotel) so you should not book solely on the basis of being able to charge your car. Fortunately there is a Tesla supercharger site closeby that will also charge non-Teslas. From my call to EVBOLT, the EV charger supplier, it seems they’ll are aware of the problems in their network and have a plan to fix it

The rooms were clean. They allowed dogs. We planned on swimming. When we called downtown Inquire where the pool. We we're told there is no pool. The laundry and weight room were closed. We stayed here because of laundry, weight room and pool. So we are not happy. Won't stay here again

My visit was 24-26 April 2022 for a business trip. The choice of the hotel was in our business system. Overall, not a bad hotel, but unless this brand updates this hotel, it will be a sad lost. Pros: 1) Like the setup of the rooms, I must admit the mattress was new in my room. 2) Nice size bathroom. 3) Most staff was helpful and nice. 4) Gym looked nice but didn’t get to use it during this trip. 5) Hotel is quick drive to most places. 5) No bugs of any kind – extreme plus. Cons: 1) Room was not very clean at all, kind of unnerving for someone in the medical field. Thank goodness for Clorox & Lysol wipes. 2) Room needed updating & deep cleaning. Then maybe it would not have been so scary but told myself that 2 nights was all I had to do. 3) The colors and/or cabinet stain did not present an inviting room. The hotel would be a good hotel if they did an extremely thorough deep clean but as for me, I would not go back and would pay additional costs for a cleaner hotel in that area, especially if I had to stay longer.

After an enjoyable stay in Hot Springs with Candlewood, we tried to duplicate our experience in Vicksburg. It wasn’t even close. Our paperwork was already printed out when we arrived at the Vicksburg location which I received along with a warning, delivered 3 times, that smoking was not allowed. That’s good, I said, because we don’t smoke. Which, incidentally, is why we requested a non-smoking room. I had to sign a statement acknowledging my warning(s.) She should have spent more time checking into my reservation. One of my room keys was not activated and my wi-fi would not allow me to log on. Instead of calling the desk, there is a call room you are instructed to call. About an hour later, I finally got the wi-fi. The kitchen floor was so dirty, my shoes stuck to it.There were no directions for operation of the AC or tv remote. There were some upkeep issues, ie: leaking faucet and crumbling plaster. The view from the windows was non-existent. We would probably return because of the convenient location and large room, but our expectations will be much lower.

Enjoyed my stay for a mini-getaway. Very quiet atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. I appreciate how quick I was able to check in. The improvements to the outside building cover looks great. Highly recommended.
