What a lovely experience I had here. The Arverna provides topnotch service, a quiet yet very convenient location (I never needed to use my car, just walked everywhere), and a beautiful garden patio where I enjoyed breakfast among the flowers. The hosts were kind and attentive, with excellent restaurant recommendations for me. They even surprised me with a gift on my birthday! I'll go back to Vichy...not just for the waters, but to stay here again.

This was our third stay in this great hotel. A friendly welcome, comfortable, clean rooms with everything you need for a good stay and a great breakfast. Look forward to our next visit. Very reasonable car parking available a short walk away or on the street outside the hotel.

Once in a while you find a hotel that gets everything right. What an absolute gem. Great people, tastefully decorated, big clean rooms. Just perfect. Very very highly recommended. There's a multistorey carpark nearby as well. I just love the place.

The perfect hotel, The guys that run the hotel are amazing, fabulous service. Rooms are immaculate , everything has been beautifully designed and carefully thought out. The garden is so pretty with a terrace and plants. The owners can’t do enough to help you. It’s the best place we’ve stayed in a long time. Funky art and furniture everywhere. We loved it. Fantastic helpful and personal service. Couldn’t fault it at all. Would highly recommend it, wish we were staying longer.

Lovely welcome, friendly staff. Breakfast good and plentiful. Parking good at a little extra cost - 8€ per night but allocated space in secure garage. Easy walk to all amenities. Nice rooms, comfortable, very clean. No complementary coffee/tea in room but available 24hrs downstairs.

We were delighted with our stay at this hotel: the room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom as well, the breakfast buffet very generous, the welcome and the service: attentive. It is perfectly located in the center of Vichy

A beautiful hotel in the city center, everything can be done on foot. Very comfortable room, well appointed and very clean. It's really nice to stay here and the staff are very friendly. There's even an arcade game in the winter dining room. Well done

Already, the telephone reception is warm and friendly, consistent with that which we received upon our arrival. The hotel located in the very center of Vichy is pleasant, the rooms, ours 105, were spacious and very well equipped and particularly clean and the bedding very comfortable. We stayed there one night. As for breakfast, it is varied, cold meats and cheeses, and high quality fruit bread. Note the little treat that is homemade yogurt, a real delight. In conclusion, I recommend this establishment, run with great taste by managers with pleasant contact and great professionalism. We will come back to this.
