The beach in July is nice but the hotel is extremely over priced and does not match website listed accommodations or pictures. I think the pricing especially took away from the experience of enjoying our time there. There’s an imbalance between a really a run down hotel and the cost. Would highly recommend hotel is more forthcoming and honest so guests can make a more informed decision. For example no pool available, hotel half closed, plague of crickets season, no weekly games/movies available. Would also recommend trip advisor visit this location.

This is a wonderful place to relax for families and in couple, we used the big bungalow for 7 and a bungalow for 2 both were clean, comfortable, and very nice and peaceful. People at the resort are very nice and always ready to help. Restaurant has many choices and all are good, it could be a bit expensive but is very good and portions are good.

All was great, but the last day we had to leave early in the morning and they packed us some food because we had missed the breakfast, but the cookies had expired, I don't think it was on purpuse but my neice got sick

ARANWA VICHAYITO BUNGALOWS Y CARPAS me ofreció un servicio A1 desde mi llegada en la recepción hasta el día que me retiré.. los chicos del restaurante, los chicos instructores de Kayak Víctor y John.. Todos muy amables y atentos que nos hacen sentir muy consentidos en todo momento. La comida deliciosa, las instalaciones limpias y muy acogedoras, el bungalow que me dieron con vista al mar fue increíble.. Estuve muy relajada al escuchar las olas del mar.. El personal de seguridad el Señor Manuel muy atento y amable.. Muchas gracias cada uno de uds hicieron que mi estadía fuera de ensueño.. Espero regresar pronto.. Gracias a todos y a uds también los chicos de recepción por haber hecho de estos días inolvidables 🥰😎.. Super recomendado❤️

I traveled with my family in July 2022, very good attention from the staff, from the moment you enter the hotel, everyone is very willing to assist you and have a nice time ... they are super attentive ... the hotel is clean and beautiful, the beach too, and activities for the whole family... delicious food and good breakfasts... I definitely recommend them... and I would go again with my family...

I traveled with my husband for 4 days 3 nights. The hotel is located in Vichayito, I think it is the farthest from the town of Mancora. The service at the front desk and in general throughout the hotel is super good; all the time they were aware of our needs, super kind all the staff. It has direct access to the beach, is quite spacious and has beach chairs with umbrellas. The stay includes free water sports. The food is very good, they have a good cook. I recommend ordering the rice with duck or the fish sweat. Our room was fine, we stayed in a king size bungalow. What yes, it is necessary to renew and do maintenance of some things in the hotel.
