We stayed in this hotel for four nights having read the positive reviews. It is a really good three star hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast is very good, building and rooms are clean modern and comfortable. Great location, close to the beach and an easy walk to the railway station. We stayed in 5 hotels on our Italian holiday, this was the best value and the one we liked best.

Great hotel. Have stayed at the Hotel here before. Comfortable beds and a Lovely breakfast and a great location for the railway station and beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Love visiting Viareggio and would definitely recommend a stay here.

This was about our 12th stay at this hotel, the standards are as high as ever. A great hotel in a great location. The owner and staff go over and beyond expectations. Rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean, the breakfast is varied, fresh and plentiful. A great place to sty at decent price,

Family trip (2 adults + 1 baby). Stayed 7 nights. Room was nice, clean and we enjoyed the balcony with limited sea view. AC worked well. Baby cot and highchair available. Breakfast was really great! Staff really friendly. Location is good. Would definetly stay again here.

We ended our tour of beautiful Tuscany with a 4 night stay at this hotel. What a fantastic find. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is modern and clean and the room was a perfect size with small balcony and a large comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. It was good to have a fridge too. Breakfast was amazing, croissants, rolls, cheeses, eggs and bacon, and a fantastic table full of fresh fruits which were delicious. It’s situated in a perfect location, about 200 metres from the beautiful promenade and beach, and a 10 minute walk the other way to the station. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip.

This hotel is a little gem at the heart of Viareggio. It is extremely friendly and and welcoming. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the bedrooms are modern, clean and spacious. We used this hotel as a base for 5 nights as part of a multi-stay holiday. We could not have asked for a better place. Our stay was bed and breakfast and the breakfast was excellent. It is not far from the train station (approx 600m) so easy to get to. You can walk out directly to the sea, restaurants and bars. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, making our whole stay a pleasure. Thank you!

We stayed for five nights as a group of four people. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all public areas and rooms. We had a comfortable bed and plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. The bathroom was modern with a walk in shower but no bath which isn’t a problem for us. We booked a room with a small balcony and could see the sea from there. We cannot find fault with any part of this hotel. The staff are so helpful, pleasant and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and I particularly enjoyed the excellent selection of fresh fruit. The ladies looking after us were very attentive and again, the breakfast room was exceptionally clean. The hotel is in a really convenient position being very close to the beach and Viareggio has lots of restaurants and cafes to chose from. The hotel gave us towels to use on the beach and a discount voucher for sun beds as the beaches are private. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we were to return to Viareggio.

Worn and rough towels, folding beds as single beds, very uncomfortable. The proprietor Mauro is bad tempered and rude. Only one soap for to people to wash hands and take showers. The location is bad( far away from centre) .
