Exceptional stay at Hotel Principe di Piemonte in Viareggio. Jérémie at the front desk and the team at the pool: outstanding professionalism, kindness, and constant care. Guests are truly pampered. The icing on the cake: the two-star chef present every morning at breakfast. A rare level of service, an unforgettable experience. 10/10, no hesitation!

Our stay here was an absolute pleasure from the welcome at the steps by Jeremy who knew our names to checking in by Diletea. The room was very luxurious. Breakfast was scrumptious and Lorenzo Caiazzo was very attentive. Elena Nicoli made checkout a breeze and was very helpful.

Luxurious hotel with an impeccable service - a blend of art, cuisine, history and state of the art facilities that is difficult to match, complimented by most wonderful staff. Easy access to Forte dei Marmi.

Everything was perfect, from the decoration, service, and food! We love it! Many congratulations and much success, Fabulous breakfast and wonderful dinner! the staff is extremely kind and careful! I highly recommend staying there, I came with my husband on my honeymoon and I hope to come back more often. Top, perfect, unique!

Very impressed with everything at this hotel. It has an amazing rooftop bar and restaurant, not to mention heated swimming pool for all ages. The service is incredible and the staff welcoming and friendly. There is also a 2 Michelin star restaurant for a culinary experience and well worth a special night out. Cannot rate this hotel and the restaurants highly enough. Probably wouldn’t book the beach club (not part of the hotel) again but everything else is just amazing. Thank you to all the staff for making this a special weekend.

The Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in ... and I have travelled the world! It is in a superb location looking out onto the sea. My room was very comfortable. The staff right through the property were top class in terms of being very friendly, helpful and professional. There is an amazing roof top bar and hang out area with fantastic panoramic views of the entire Viareggio area. The breakfast must be the greatest breakfast in the world, so is the choice of food and options to have what every you want cooked on the spot.

We went to Viareggio during the middle of our stay in Italy. It was the perfect option for rest and relaxation before heading to Florence. We had our kids with us, so we opted for the family suite which worked out great. The service was above and beyond by all staff members. The reason I am giving it a 4 star is we had a mishap with a boat vendor they recommended. I did speak with the FD manager and he did his best to remedy the situation but with the amount of of money we spent on the excursion and an entire day, it was very disappointing.
