Set in a small town with a large garden and pool the restored Borgo has very pleasnt rooms and grounds. There is a restaurant which is a little stuffy inside but lovely when you can dine outside. There is a separate spa complex with a great masseur.

We spent three evenings at this lovely resort. Our room was beautiful- rustic charm with all the modern amenities. The staff were all wonderful, kind and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed having dinner at the resort - the chef is amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay as we toured Bologna, Modena and Parma.

Fabulous Hideaway
A beautiful and secluded small hotel tucked away, off the beaten track. An ideal escape with a fabulous Spa & outdoor pool.
Simple decor, clean & friendly. Great value and excellent service.

What we most appreciated about this lovely hotel was the secured parking, the friendly staff, the lovely spa included in the room rate, the beautiful park and pool, and the fact they have a restaurant on site that is actually very good !
Also very quiet at night, much appreciated.
What we found was a pity is that they didn’t serve breakfast outside when we were there.

The resort is a bit off the main roads in Emilia-Romagna at 8Km from Reggio nell' Emilia. It is a small-sized full service resort and spa with a rather small outside pool with enough seats for everyone to sit comfortably. The staff is really super, congratulations to the entire team! Breakfast is rather basic but nice. A very good address to stay for a few nights and to visit the area, Modena and Parma.

We visited Borgo Cadonega with friends for a couple of nights and were absolutely blown away by this place. Service was second to none and the grounds were beautiful and well kept. We had the pleasure to meet the owner Moro who took very good care of us and made our experience even more special. Frederica in the spa & Relais provided us with very amazing service and a magical spa experience. From check in to check out we cannot thank them enough for this amazing stay.
