Beautiful historic hotel with lovely high ceilings. The service was fantastic. We ate/drank in the hotel bar a number of times and the staff were engaging and incredibly efficient. The lady in reception was especially helpful. The rooms are totally appropriate with a nice bathroom.

We enjoyed the hotel and found it to be a comfortable place to stay in Viana. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, including a nice view and good WiFi. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and food was just ok. But the hotel’s prices were quite reasonable, so I really shouldn’t complain.

We arrived on a hot day whilst walking the Camino Frances. We recieved a warm welcome and soon found our cool room which overlooked a side street. There was a cool drink in the fridge which was very welcome. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the linens white and fresh. The shower worked well. Supper was delicious. Breakfast board was fresh and tasty and prepared us for the walk ahead. Every member of staff was friendly and efficient. Special mention to the restaurant team - as we spent most time there. Well done!

We arrived to this hotel during a heat wave 100 Fr degrees. The AC in the hotel didn’t work. It was a nightmare to sleep when the AC blowing hot air. We couldn’t take cold shower since the shower run only hot water, Besides this everything was just ok. We walked the Camino and the location is good if you stop there. Next time I will just continue to Logrono 10 KL more.

Elegimos este hotel para pasar un fin de semana entre amigos, nos pareció que tenía su encanto y que se encontraba cerca de Logroño. El Palacio de Pujadas se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada, lo que permite disfrutar de unas vistas espectaculares, la atmósfera que se respira en el lugar es tranquila y acogedora, ideal para los amantes de la historia, la arquitectura y la cultura local. Las habitaciones son correctas y limpias, por poner alguna pega, nos tocó la habitación de al lado del ascensor y no toda la gente es educada y respeta el descanso de los demás huéspedes. Por otro lado a la mañana siguiente acudimos al bar del propio hotel para desayunar y la camarera que nos atendió no pudo ser mas maleducada porque tenía que repartir entre todos los clientes. Detalles como el de la atención al cliente hace que uno se vaya con mal sabor del hotel y ocasione malos comentarios. Una pena
