Was quite disappointed this time. Previously my wife and I were at Sojo. And experience was vastly different. Firstly, staff couldn't speak much English, even when it was Sojo, the staff spoke English.
Secondly, coffee sachets and kettle was not provided in room, the tv controller battery was flat and after changing battery, I tried to re-tune to find the channels none came up.
Next, breakfast was buffet in the past. New "order from menu" breakfast was a failure. Some other travellers also had the same disappointment. Other guest was also appalled by the food quality. I thought being under Hilton umbrella was going to be a great experience. Apparently, it went down so much 👎

SoJo hotel in Hau Giang is the best hotel for this area, the hotel is modern with amazingly comfortable rooms. Most comfortable beds I've experienced in Vietnam.
The staff are very helpful and speak English, Ms Ngọc was very attentive to anything needed.

Phòng sạch nhưng hơi nhỏ, khách sạn này theo riêng mình thì nó không xứng với tầm giá, giá cao nhưng dịch vụ đi kèm quá kém, khách sạn 4 sao mà không có tủ lạnh, tv thì chỉ xem được đài không thể kết nối intenet và kết nối vài điện thoại.Thậm chí không có tủ để quần áo,trong khi đó ks 1-2 sao là đã có đủ những thứ này rồi. Mùi phòng quá nặng. Sẽ không quay lại vì thấy không xứng đáng với số tiền bỏ ra.

최근에 지어져서, 아주 깨끗해요. 시설듀 마음에 들어요. 위치도 시골이지만 중심쪽에있어서, 좋아요. 하지만 방에 냉장고가 없는건 큰 단점이네요.
