Hotel is in suburb super close to airport (you don’t hear the planes though). It is a convenient place to stay but has 0 charm. The pool is good and so was breakfast… basically a practical hotel well managed but only stay there if you need to.

We stayed at the Torra for 4 nights. The hotel was impeccable with many small details that we appreciated-coffee machine, beach towels, sun umbrella and loofa sponges. We booked last minute so it was quite expensive however for the area (remote and not close to anything).
The personnel were great and responsive.
The only improvement we would propose is to have better internet and sign in process. The speed was quite slow and the system was set up where we had to sign in every day and go through login, email etc vs just a straight automatic reconnection.

We had a great, big room with everything what you need. All the stuff inside was new, clean, very well designed. Outdoor pool is suitable for adults and kids, temperature of water was comfortable for me like a swimmer and for kids who enjoyed it. Stuff is super friendly, they will ask you about and organize all your needs. Definitely worth to visit and come back again. Recommend 100%.

Vescovato is a charming hill village with a number of good restaurants. Hotel Residence A Torra is a just opened apartment hotel (as of April 2022) is in an excellent location close to Bastia Airport and within easy reach of the delights of the north coast of Corsica and its wonderful scenery and beaches. The apartments are extremely well specified with cooking facilities and a washing machine all with balconies or verandas. A De Longhi bean to cup coffee machine is also provided including coffee beans. The family who run this hotel are friendly and nothing could be too much trouble. There is a lovely swimming pool while continental breakfast is served each morning which is optional. The hotel is awaiting its formal 4 star rating which it fully deserves. We stayed as a family of 4 in a 2 bedroom apartment in July 2022 and only wish we could have stayed longer. The location is excellent for those who enjoy day trips to the likes of Corte, Bastia, Cap Corse, St Florent, L’Ile Rouse and Calvi. Beaches we would recommend include Pinia on the east coast pass Ghisonaccia, Saleccia, which we travelled to with Saleccia 4X4 through the Agriates Desert and our favourite Ostriconi. I highly recommend this hotel which I booked direct through their own website.

Hôtel residence de qualité et bien entrenue Nous avons passé un séjour de plusieurs jours dans un T2 en rez de jardin. Au top, aucun équipement ne manquait : lave linge, lave vaisselle, clim, ... et propreté impeccable Une cuisine d'été commune est aussi disponible au bord de la piscine. Endroit très convivial avec barbeque x4, plancha x2, machine a glaçons, ... Parking gratuit devant les appartements Residence extrêmement calme, avec immense piscine. Pas besoin de se battre pour les transats. Pour conclure, le personnel, à l'accueil et pour le ménage, est extrement agréable et serviable. Merci

Aan het einde van onze rondreis door Corsica hebben wij hier 2 nachten verbleven. Het appartement op de begane grond achter het zwembad 3B was helemaal goed. Schoon en alles was aanwezig. Zelfs een wasmachine met 2 wastabletten, een vaatwasser met 2 tabletten en voor de rest konden we koken, als we dat hadden gewild. Wij hebben 10 km verderop gegeten aan het strand bij restaurant Via Luna, heerlijk en erg gezellig. Mochten wij nogmaals naar Corsica komen in deze regio dan kom ik zeker terug. Alhoewel wij ook even bij de supermarkt ons ontbijt hadden kunnen halen, hadden wij het ontbijt bij de receptie. Heerlijke croissants, pain au chocolat, eieren, fruit, brood en yoghurt met cruesli dus wij vonden het heerlijk.
