A quite place, superbly located in the middle of the "cote des blancs" (only 15 minute from "bling bling" Epernay) with an outstanding service. Your wellbeing is very important for the staff, and you feel it. Rooms well equipped and restaurant has a good value.

Reception staff and check was excellent welcoming and helpful. Trying to get a drink in the bar was difficult - no staff. Staff member from reception came to help but process was very slow as he was attempting two jobs. Paying for drinks even slower. Ate in hotel restaurant Terre de Craie, possibly worst eating experience I have ever had. Tasteless food, unpleasant service. Set menu with only two choices of starter and main course. Ended up with salmon Mouch Bouch, salmon starter, sole main. All equally bland. If only we could have ordered the filet mignon and frites advertised on the bar. But were told NON not for you!

Very nice, friendly hotel, kind and welcoming staff, excellent breakfast, very clean rooms and comfortable bed, recommended, small pleasant village about ten km from Épernay for relaxing cellar visits

Located in a charming wine-growing town (champagne) well equipped with numerous shops, the hotel is well placed; the buildings are renovated gradually; The hotel's reception is friendly. We stayed there for 2 days. Hotel side: spacious and clean room, equipped with air conditioning, coffee maker, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, very comfortable bed, pleasant silence. The hotel has enclosed parking (€5/night), but there are plenty of places nearby. The best part: a perfect breakfast with everything you need in quality products, both hot and cold, and both sweet and savory. As for the restaurant: I won't talk about the extensive (very good) champagne list (this is the case in all the restaurants in the region), where we chose a "raisined" pink, almost red: a great discovery. For dinner, we chose a 4-course menu with lentils & foie gras, venison steak, brocciu with wild garlic, then mango & passion fruit for one and dulcey chocolate/apple/vanilla for the other; everything was excellent, well cooked, well presented, in short, we enjoyed ourselves. In the end, we highly recommend

An effort remains to be made in terms of decoration. The room was clean but we felt like we were in a hospital facing the TV with white walls, no decoration, it was a very sad place to spend a romantic night. Ditto for the bar which lacks cosiness and comfortable sofas to make you want to stay there and consume... However, we were very well received there by the bartender. Please note, no bottle opener in the room for the water bottle, and a very minimalist gourmet basket offered which you should replace with half a bottle of champagne given that this is the region.. Hoping that these tips will help to improve the establishment. Sincerely

Excellent recently renovated hotel. Trendy decor, spacious room, exemplary cleanliness and perfect welcome. Large format TV, products in the bathroom and excellent bedding. Private parking but many possibilities for secure parking nearby.
