Perfect hotel in the champagne region breakfast was excellent. Only issue the shower did not have hot water it was warm

The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind—we are very thankful for their kindness. However, when we arrived, we were told that the room ******* claimed to have reserved was NOT available because the reservation had not gone through so we were left without a room at the hotel.
