"When we checked in, we told us that we didn't have a reservation, but we gave us a room at the scheduled price. After communicating with the customer service, it is said that the agent is a problem. The hotel is not bad, meets the standard of this price, and is also very close to the Palace of Versailles."

"L'hôtel est idéalement placé, juste en face de la gare, à 8 min en voiture du château de Versailles et le service et les chambres !!! Tout était parfait.
Nous étions dans un chalet et nous avons vécu une merveilleuse expérience."
"The room is small, the breakfast type is general, the parking lot entrance is very narrow, the underground parking lot space is not large, the veteran can better handle it, every time you come back, you have to go to the front desk to let the car garage door, you can press the button when you enter and exit. There is a self-service laundry room nearby, you can go to wash clothes. The space for hanging clothes in the room is small and the hangers are not enough. There are a lot of food nearby, there is a supermarket 200 meters away, and things can be basically one stop."
"In the city of Versailles, 15 minutes walk from Versailles Palace. It is expected to stay at the hotel at 3 pm. I didn't expect that we could check in directly when we arrived at the hotel in the morning.
fully equipped. Clean and tidy."
"I found the hotel's address very well. I was very happy to have a English tourist who explained down the apartment. Once I searched the key and installed the apartment/room. What a surprise you see is recent."
"The hotel is in a great location! Five minutes walk to the Palace of Versailles
Breakfast time is 6:30, the earliest I have ever stayed in a European hotel, and it tastes pretty good.
The room is large, but the bathroom is too small and cannot accommodate two people at the same time."

Amazing
GGuest UserClose to Versailles Palace, the landlord is Chinese, and the communication is smooth.
GGuest UserThe service attitude is superb, the room is super clean, great ~~
Because there is no elevator, we brought two large suitcases and gave us a free upgrade to the large suite on the first floor. I really didn’t expect the store to be super enthusiastic. I will definitely stay here next time.
PPonnnuIt was a very beautiful hotel!
After getting tickets to the Palace of Versailles, I booked and stayed there for 24,000 yen per room, including breakfast, so 12,000 yen per person.
When you leave the hotel and turn left, you are right in front of the Palace of Versailles, so it's a great location.
There were many amenities, but it was a shame that there were no toothbrushes. However, there was a hair dryer, bathrobe, and two bottles of water, so I was very satisfied.
I was especially happy that there was a Nespresso (and I was happy that there were several types available, including decaf).
The front desk staff was also kind, and the breakfast was of excellent quality.
The room had a solid feel overall, and although it was near the elevator, I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway.
Next time I'd like to stay here for three days.
Considering the price, it was definitely the best stay I've ever had!
GGuest UserThe location is very good to find, there is a small garden nearby, it is a public service center, and the service staff is very enthusiastic. The boss is Chinese.
11010.JessGreat hotel if you want to stay near chateau versailles. It was a 5min walk to get to the palace. We checked in after 12am and the hotel staff was very good to accommodate us. Upon arrive the staff gave us relevant information, helped us with bags up the stairs as there is no lift. He also gave us a cake which my daughter absolutely loved. There was a fan in the room which was good considering there was a heatwave.
The have lemon water and passtieries available for free at reception which was a nice touch for myself and kids ro enjoy after a hot day of being outside. We also brought bottles of water which were €2.50. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was clean. We had a double bed which for me and my 2 children in. There was also a sofa bed made up which my eldest child used.
Even though we only stayed in the room to sleep for around 6 hours it was a comfortable stay. We did not have breakfast.
UUncle NicFirst of all, I stayed for three days and two nights. The hotel is near the Palace of Versailles, about 20 minutes away. The appearance, decoration and this facility are also called Waldorf. Because it was raining heavily during my check-in, the staff was very careful, but we went to the underground tunnel through the room. Avoid wet guests in open-air locations
The room facilities are excellent, the double bed is extremely wide and comfortable, and the bedding supplies of the same level as the Peninsula, Four Seasons and other brands. The scenery outside the window is beautiful. It is located in the state park within the Palace of Versailles. I also heard the symphony of nature in the morning.
The hotel is first-class decoration, the breakfast restaurant food is very beautiful, looking at the prairie, seeing horses and locals running in the nearby park in the distance, the nearby scenery is beautiful, and you can walk to the back garden of Versailles (about 20 minutes away) next to the isolation. The security is good. Going out at night is not dangerous, everyone in the town is safe, and you can also eat on Google Maps
I am very fond of this hotel and hope to stay in France next time.
GGuest UserGreat location! Just a few steps from the Palace of Versailles, ideal for visits. The city is nice to walk around!
Well taken care of at the reception, comfortable bed and pillows.
Clean shower and toilet (a little small for 2 people)
GGuest UserI stayed there one night with my dear to be able to visit the castle of Versailles the next day and this was a very good experience. We had a very nice room, it was clean, we had shower freeze and a hair dryer available and the staff was very friendly.
