Good choice for a short stay in Verona

Was ok. Not modern not too dated. The washrooms do have signs of mould growing. We had a small issue and had to pay a large percentage more because they enforce separate beds for children even though it doesn't state that online. We cancelled part 2 of our stay with them because the extra charges made the"discount hotel" not worth the money. Also the children's play area - a big part of wanting to stay here - was extremely overgrown and unkept. Doesn't seem very safe for the children. The area of this location is not very nice and there is a lot of neglect and garbage around. Overall not worth it.

The stay was a full apt with 2 rooms and full kitchen w/pot pans and dishes.. Livingroom had 2 single beds and no couch. Large bedroom with television.. Also came with washing machine and clothing dryer on balcony Was unable to get on line internet connection didn't show on my computer..

I really like the place the apartment was fully equipped clean and everything was perfect The stuff was very friendly all the shifts 5 mnts walk from the nearest bus stop Far from the city center but it’s ok For me the area is a little bit quite at night We have LIDL 2 mnts walk from the hotel I recommend this hotel to anyone

After being recommended to stay at this “hotel” for a course we were doing, it was a nightmare from day one. We were in a 4 bed apartment and hot water wouldn’t work for more than 15 minutes so that meant some of us were having cold showers everyday. Especially when they’d fix it at night but it was freezing again by the morning and we didn’t have time to get them to sort it as this took around an hour of our time. Despite telling them EVERYDAY that our hot water wasn’t working and the boiling was broke, it took them 6 days into our 10 night stay to do something. Everytime we would plead them to fix it or move us apartments, they lied and told us that the hotel was fully booked and would just tell us to turn the boiler on and off. The hob in our apartment barely worked, everything was dirty and smelt like a nursing home, no washing machine, mouldy dirty showers and limescale on the shower head so thick that it wouldn’t even work properly. The microwave sparked at the plug and needed to be changed, the bedsheets smelt dirty and the shutters kept jamming. On day 6 they moved us to a smaller apartment, despite paying for more and didn’t apologise or offer any compensation. When we arrived, the showers still weren’t in the best condition and the kitchen was barely supplied with any utensils to cook and then the balcony door jammed shut. When we called reception, he said they couldn’t do anything for a couple of hours despite us having washing our there and wanting to use the balcony to enjoy the sun. He then barged in 10 minutes later, not saying anything and pulling at the doors then proceeded to climb through the window to get to the balcony. We’ve constantly had to change our plans to wait whilst the staff at the hotel messed with the broken things and not know how to fix it. There was no proper engineering staff and we didn’t see any cleaners working whilst we were here. The one time our apartment was cleaned, they didn’t leave any toilet roll and left one of the rooms completely uncleaned. The staff haven’t apologised once for any of these issues, if anything they make you feel like an annoyance when they should just get their hotel sorted. It’s dirty, it’s old and it’s been a nightmare. It also looks NOTHING like the photos. It’s overpriced and promising an experience that doesn’t exist. Save your money, the hostel would probably be nicer.

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed at. Horrible staff, dirty apartment, terrible service, didn’t have most of the things that they said they did on the website. Pictures on the site are one big lie. We are here for 10 days due to a summer school in Verona, our showers did not have any warm water and was freezing cold. We went down every day to ask for it to be fixed. They would fix it after some very unfriendly looks but it would be broken again within 5 minutes. We had to go down every day to ask for stuff to be fixed, on day 5 they said a technician would come but it did not work or did not come (for we were out so never saw anyone). We asked them multiple times to change our apartments but they lied to us that there were no other rooms free. While on the site you could still book multiple rooms for those days. On day 6 they finally just gave us another apartment (smaler than the one we paid for) but still we had to go down every day now to get stuff fixed. Our balcony door got stuck we called them to come fix it for we had stuff on the balcony. The man came in did not apologized for anything (during our entire stay did not hear one sorry) asked us in the rudest way “what do you need” and then climbed through our window to grab our stuff of the balcony. Not gonna lie that was very funny but the door is still not fixed. So no more balcony. My friends are also writing reviews they have more on the apartment so read those Before you want to book here. I wouldn’t. The place is way to expensive for what state that it’s in. I know i want my money back for we did not get what we paid for at all. Quick little summary: moldy bathrooms, a lot limescale in the shower head, dirty floors, broken doors, broken hob, microwave broke down then the fridge, terrible staff, place stinks, no hot water, do not have any customer service skills, things barely work, didn’t provide with stuff listed on the website. Pls do not stay here.
