The location is so close to Verona Arena with a glimpse of the Arena from our room. Lodovica is an excellent hostess and gave us lots of advice for great restaurants. Our room was perfect for 3 nights stay, one evening to an opera at the Arena. Lots of walking in the historic centre. Our room was very comfortable with parquet flooring, a little squeaky but original :) The breakfasts were amazing and plenty to eat. We thoroughly recommend Palazzo Gelmi

Great that quality does not change!!! After a long (due to corona) mandatory break - we were happy to stay again at Lodovicas place! Still perfect quality in service and hospitality! The breakfast is perfect - fresh locally sourced vegetables and fruits - AMIAZING! We will be back next year!

Beautiful historic home carefully maintained, 2 steps from the arena. The owner is a very kind and helpful person, ready to meet the traveller's needs. I really appreciated the eco-friendly choices. The breakfast was also good with lots of variety, which could be improved in terms of croissants and bread, top cappuccino!

Sono stato in questa dimora storica (risalente al 1700) trasformata in B&B. La struttura si trova in zona centralissima, in una stradina silenziosa alle spalle dell'Arena di Verona. Camere molto spaziose con soffitti alti, pulite e con mobilio d'epoca. Bagni moderni, e dunque funzionali Unico piccolo difetto: essendo arredamenti d'epoca avrebbero bisogno di più manutenzione (le ante dell'armadio e le persiane non si aprivano bene). Per il resto, la titolare è stata gentilissima e disponibile e la colazione davvero abbondante, con frutta, Yoghurt, dolci locali ecc.. Il prezzo giusto per la zona.
