Very comfortable place to stay in Verona. Walkable distance to all famous places.
Very clean. Quest. Safe.
Make sure you have smartphone with internet in order to check in and open all doors. If you don’t have it it’s impossible to get inside the apartment.

The owner of this property is a dishonest person. He advertise it as a bed and breakfast, but upon arrival we find out that it's a hostel with four rooms sharing one bathroom and a shower. The pictures that is provided by the owner of this property on ******* is fake, in reality it is very sad looking place. When I asked the owner why he is misrepresent this property on ******* he said that if wed don't like it it's our problem. We had no choice but to leave this nightmare. Very rude and arrogant person. Avoid at all the cost!

A perfect place to stay in Verona! We stayed in the room with a private bathroom, and the facilities where great. Close to both the train-station and the city center. Very smart security at the gate and never a problem with the other guests. Thanks for a great week.

It’s located near the railways station and 10/15 minutes walk from piazza Bra (arena), the only fly in the ointment is that this flat is located near a busy road so it is a bit noisy.

Basically the location is ok, but when I booked the photos are misleading. bathroom need a major refurbishment, an the bad is partly damaged. The aircondition did not worked which is inacceptable at all in summer. I shall request a refund…

NON PRENOTATE QUESTA STRUTTURA !!! Non merita davvero neanche di essere inserito tra le strutture turistiche . Frode a tutti gli effetti . Le foto che trovate sul sito non corrispondono assolutamente a verità ; posto in totale degrado e proprietario assolutamente indisponibile e strano in tutti i sensi . Alloggiato qui per tre gg , purtroppo era stato già versato un acconto . Pulizia inesistente ( puliscono il piatto doccia con la scopa ) ; tutto assolutamente rotto e non funzionante . Acqua calda del lavandino del bagno non funzionante . Muffa , polvere , sporcizia ovunque . Non fanno utilizzare i fuochi nonostante sia una casa ; Asciugamano unico per doccia bidet viso per 3 gg senza cambio . Consiglio vivamente di trovare un altro alloggio . Allego foto , confrontatele con quello del sito .

Andre who met us at check in was excellent - gave us a good background to the city and explained things well. The shared bathroom had leaking taps and was a problem when the two rooms sharing both got up at same time. Restrictions on the use of the kitchen and the lack of a breakfast were disappointing.

Appena arrivati ci siamo stupiti di come fosse squallido l'appartamento e in particolare la stanza che non corrisponde assolutamente alle foto sui siti.... decadente, sporca e bagno non igienizzato, con sanitari vecchi e doccia lercia. Ho dormito con una tuta per non avere contatto con le lenzuola. Proprietario scorbutico e non disponibile. Non lo consiglio assolutamente!!!!!!

La Verona maison est située à 5 minutes de la gare et à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique de la ville ! L’appartement est situé dans une résidence calme ! C’est une maison d’hôte qui dispose de plusieurs chambres Cependant il est interdit d’utiliser la cuisine sauf de 8h30 à 10h30 c’est dommage
