Very nice hostel, a short bus ride from all major attractions. It would be a 15-20 min. walk. The communication was excellent. Check-in is until 20:00. I arrived later and they provided me with the codes to enter the building and room. I felt very welcome! The ambiance is amazing. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that they forgot to provide me with a towel (which was a problem because their reception is closed after 20:00) and the WIFI was extremely bad. While in the room, WIFI was so bad I had to use mobile roaming when the internet connection was non-existant for several hours.

Very welcoming and comfortable feel about the place. Staff were kind and helpful, we even went out with them and got to know other people staying. Fabulous community. Rooms were clean and tidied each day, beds not the most comfortable but would definitely go back.

This hostel is a delight. The owner was so friendly and helpful for this mature traveller who missed her train and arrived late. The hostel closes at 9pm. I had already experienced a cancellation from another hostel where I arrived after closing time so was really anxious that I would not have a place to sleep. Anna assured me I had a place to sleep and provided me with the code to enter. The hostel is bright, clean with large bedrooms, shared kitchen with free food, with tea and coffee. There is a patio out back to relax in the beautiful sunshine. She assisted me to catch the correct bus so I wouldn't miss my trip to Austria. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer. Thank you Anna for your warm hospitality!!

Can’t really complain, it’s a nice hostel with friendly staff (and a cat!), a good kitchen, clean and comfy rooms. They let us check in early and leave our bags by the front desk. The garden is lovely although it was infested with mosquitos, so unusable for me, so bring bug spray if you come! The downstairs games room seemed to be out of use. We had two showers and one toilet in a room of 8. Air con is quiet and works well. The lockers were too small for our standard-sized travel backpacks (40L and 70L), which was a bit frustrating. It’s a little far away from the town centre, but if you’re happy to walk it’s good value for money, a great hostel option in Verona. 🐈⬛🇮🇹🏡📍

Stayed at the Hostello for one night. The hostel space was very clean and decorated nicely. The bed was fairly comfortable. Room is spacious and not overstuffed with people just because there’s space like some hostels do. Staff was friendly. I really liked that the female bunk I was in had two showers for 6 girls to share. The key code entry was perfect and much preferred to carrying around keys (though I did have to carry the locker key with me when I left the hostel). I do wish the beds had some sort of privacy curtain to make things more private in the room. The street noise is also very loud at night and the windows don’t go a great job at muffling the sound. I didn’t sleep well because of this (lots of loud vehicles driving by, and people talking loudly on the streets as late as 1am and as early as 4:30am). I didn’t get to try the breakfast in the AM because I left because reception arrived. Overall, I would stay here again as it is a nice affordable option in the beautiful city of Verona. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the main part of town and from the train station, so be prepared for walking.

Recommended by friends from Verona, my friend and I who were traveling with me found the PERFECT accommodation! We were in Verona for a concert, and I must say we couldn't find better. Perfect for reaching the Arena on foot in fifteen minutes, and also, of course, the city center. The hostel is connected to the train station by bus every minute, even at night. An incredible convenience. As for the structure, only merits. Very clean, quiet, comfortable, well cared for and furnished. Used to foreign hostels, my friend and I found ourselves at home. Friendly, helpful staff, always ready for any request. Small but efficient kitchen, "shared food" and "free food", we also had an excellent breakfast. In the rooms air conditioning, bathroom with shower in the room, lockers with key. Definitely to be taken into consideration. We will return to the next concert!
