The room I booked three weeks in advance clearly stated that I needed connecting rooms. If there were no connecting rooms, they would be next to each other. But they were still separated, which was very inconvenient to take things to wash. The front desk was arrogant. Should Chinese people ignore it? Ctrip should have some restrictions on the hotels it cooperates with, not just open a booking window and leave everything alone. There was no curtain in the bathroom, only a layer of gauze, which was also incomprehensible. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
