The central location in Verona provides easy access to sights, restaurants, and shops. Guests praise spacious, clean rooms and exceptional staff service. Limited breakfast options and some rooms without balconies noted.

This is a dishonest company. I left a piece of jewelry on the night stand next to my bed and realized it a couple hours after checking-out and immediately contacted the hotel. First they didn’t get back to me at all. Then they said someone would get back to me soon. That never happened. Then when I inquired again they said “oh we thought we got back to you.” And of course, they had not collected it to return to me. That’s just bold face lying. Shame on me for leaving it there. But when you stay at a supposedly five-star property spending $2,500 for three nights, I expect honesty, not theft. As far as the “hotel” it’s really not a hotel. It’s a collection of air-b-and-b’s pretending to be a hotel in older run down buildings. They don’t tell you this anywhere on their website. After checking in they walk you to some location in the city, where you’re pretty much left on your own. When you think you’re booking a hotel, just know that there are no amenities. No rooms service, no laundry, nothing. There was a washer/dryer in the unit but when I asked for detergent to do a load of wash they told me to go the grocery store and buy detergent as they don’t provide that. This whole operation is sketchy.

Piazza Erbe The bar directly below played their music so loud one evening for several hours that at one point the furniture in the 'Suite' literally vibarated. I was told by Corte Realdi that this was due to 'happy hour' and later they said this was a 'one off'. Maybe I'm just unlucky then? I was moved to another of their hotel buildings the following day after I said I would move myself and charge them for it if they didn't. They also promised to reimburse a portion of the 1500 euros I had paid to stay there. Funny though, when I got back to the UK they stopped answering my emails and they have not refunded any money. For me, that is unforgivable. Shame, as the rest of the holiday was OK.
