I didn't want to review, but at this point I feel forced. We booked for a few days, check 21/04, check out 25/04, the first day we entered the room and I immediately went down to the reception, the room was immersed in dust, hair and fur on the beds. The very kind receptionist immediately called the housekeeper, they apologized agreeing the unacceptable conditions of the room, they gave us another room. The second room was perfectly clean, we left the hotel, and returned late in the evening, we got ready for the shower, my husband showered the children and within 2 minutes the bathroom flooded, moral of the story: in our opinion the wall was not siliconed, according to what they told us there were problems with the column. I go down to reception again, I report the matter, the very kind receptionist always tells me that at the moment the only solutions were: 1. divide ourselves into two rooms, 2. Bring enough towels to limit the flooding of the bathroom and solve the problem the next day. I choose the second option, I'm on holiday with the family and I really don't want to spend the night apart. She takes me to the room with a huge pile of towels, checks the situation and apologizes again, tells me that she would leave a note to solve the problem, apologizes again and goes back to reception. Day 22/04, before leaving I stop by reception to let them know that we were leaving and that they could come in to solve the problem without any problems, the guy at reception even thought that we had been moved to two separate rooms, I don't know what to think, we leave, while we are out they call us and tell us that unfortunately it was not possible to solve the problem in the room we had, so they moved us again, this time they give us a bigger room. We go back, there is the very kind receptionist and the maintenance man who assure me that we will have no problems in the new room, and indeed it is so. They solved the problem, we finally have a clean and functional room. 04/24 we go back to the room, the keys we have do not work, we try them several times, nothing doing, we have some bags, 2 small children, nothing doing, one of us waits at the door and the other goes down to the reception, they reactivate a card for us and we manage to get in, they had also deactivated the copy we left in the room. It is my turn to go down to the reception, the usual kind receptionist is not there, I ask for an explanation as to why the keys did not work, answer: they were deactivated by mistake, I ask: in what sense? Answer: surely the colleague made a mistake when you were moved. I avoid continuing the discussion because I am already quite annoyed, it is not possible to create such an inconvenience without even saying a simple: I'm sorry, excuse me etc, (not that it changes anything, but at least show yourself or
