This is a self-service hotel. The whole "hotel" (4 rooms?) is located in the 3rd FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR/LIFT!!!
I nearly lost my reservation and ended in the middle of the night in front of a closed door because I didn't know that YOU HAVE TO EMAIL THEM FOR THEM TO SEND YOU A 2 PAGES WHATSAPP WITH INSTRUCTIONS in English on HOW TO GET INTO THE PROPERTY!! I couldn't read half of it, as it was too long for the App to fully display it.
They don't send it by email. They should have sent that information automatically!
nobody answers their phone or WhatsApp.
The room was very nice but the STAIRS are a KILLER, especially with suitcases or after a long day walking beautiful Verona.
It would have been fine if it was cheap, but for a place without service of any kind or assistance, it is a very expensive AirB&b.

Small room and in an attic for one night it's fine, negative point shared bathroom, cleanliness ok but could have been a little tidier.

Good location but deplorable rooms. We found garbage belonging to who knows who under the radiator. They don't offer soap or anything else. You turn around and see dirt everywhere. Bed prepared only with a kind of sheet placed directly on the uncovered mattress. A shame for how much we paid for it.

We stayed in this hotel because we attended the Nick Cave concert at the Verona Arena and therefore found it convenient due to its location, which in my opinion is one of its few positive aspects. I'll start by saying that when we arrived and rang the bell, the owner arrived, very annoyed by our presence. We saw the room, quite welcoming, but the bathroom was a disaster: the toilet occasionally made strange noises, the shower door was broken and the wall looked like it was made of cardboard. Finally in the morning we were expecting breakfast (included in the reservation) but we discovered that it would never arrive. I must say that for 50 euros each you can find better. I don't recommend.
