Best Hotels near Adigeo, Verona

Friendly and helpful staff. Reception staff unable order a taxi for the return journey to the airport because of high demand as a result of bad weather. They arranged transport with the shuttle bus company, an example of good service! The hotel Wi-Fi connectivity was excellent as was the breakfast. The only drawback of the hotel is its location on the outskirts of Verona. This meant that we used the shuttlebus and taxis (fifteen / twenty-minute journey). It is necessary to book the departure slots the day before for the shuttlebus, the available time slots were not always our preferred time. The shuttlebus will drop you off at the railway station if you ask the driver (did a day a day trip to Lake Garda using the train, inexpensive and regular service, well worth doing). A taxi fare to the Piazza Bra / Arena including tip was circa 20 euros. There were always taxis available at the location for the return journey. The taxi fare from the airport to the hotel was 30 euros. I would use this hotel again if ever returning to Verona.

We stayed her for five nights. The location is perfect a few minutes walk from the bus/train station and not much further into the centre of Verona. The room we had was very dated, required some maintenance, but was clean. It did feel a bit like a dungeon although it was on the fifth floor with french doors and a balcony. The trouble was that the curtains would not open/close and the top of the curtains were not even attached to the rail on one side so flapped open. No worries, we thought, we will let them know so they can sort it out. Although the receptionist fully understood what we were saying the curtains were never sorted for the whole of our stay. We had to find a way to keep them closed at night. Another thing to keep in mind is that you cannot keep the doors open as it is so noisy, which is purely down to the location and can not be helped. It was too hot and a bit oppressive once the metal shutters were down at night. I felt the staff worked extremely hard at breakfast and noticed they replenished everything very quickly. The room was kept spotlessly clean and our bed was always made up when we returned to the hotel after exploring Verona. If I could give 3.5 stars I would, but I do not feel the hotel warrants 4 stars. I don't think I would return as would prefer something a bit more modern. Does this exist in Verona, I'm not sure that it does. Not quite sure how it is a four star hotel, more like what I would expect a three star to be like.

Nice place. I met a receptionist called Erika and OMG, such a great person she is. Her personality is exceptional. She helped me with the check-in and even when I didn’t know how the lights worked, she walked me through it. Also the good part, she helped me sooo much in pulling off a birthday surprise for my fiancé. She was very friendly and welcoming to both of us. Also, for an Italian to also speak such good english made communication soo much easier. I will definitely come back to this Hotel and please I need Erika at the reception 😌 Last but not least I am traveller and she’s the best receptionist I’ve met in my entire life of travelling and lodging in Hotels. A nice clean little hotel on the outskirts of Verona, not too far from the airport. I used it whilst on business. Everyone was friendly and polite. Rooms are a good size and come with all the basic necessities to enjoy a comfortable night, including good shower and plenty of bed space. I did not eat here at night but had the breakfast which is the one weak spot I found. The quality is not good compared to the rest of the hotel. I mean this in the nicest possible way as breakfast service was good but brioche, fruit juice etc not good. using the online pre-book breakfast service is also not particularly recommended. All said and done i was happy here and would certainly stay again.

We had booked four operas in four nights at the arena in Verona, and this hotel was ideally located, as it was only about five minutes walk, along a marbled street of high class shops to the piazza. The room was very good, the breakfast excellent, the staff friendly and helpful, and the public rooms very attractive. It is only a few minutes walk from such attractions as Juliet's balcony, and from a large number of restaurants. We would certainly stay there again if we go back to Verona

We have just returned from our stay and unlike others found the rooms very quiet and we were never disturbed by noise on the forth floor. The rooms were spacious and perfectly clean and equipped with what you would expect. More travel lodge than luxury but perfectly adequate for a city stay. Everything worked, staff were friendly and bus stops minutes away. Buses to the station (11) are easily accessed (from around the corner almost opposite Lidl) from where you can catch the 199 to the airport. The 164 to Lake Garda can be caught from a stop under five minutes walk away as can the 32 or 33 into the city centre. All day travel cards are €11 and cover the entire network. Individually the airport bus is €7 (single), travel to the city €1 (single) and to the lake (return) €6. All buses can be tracked on google and the app download from codes at the stops makes buying tickets easy and you then activate them via codes once you board. You can easily walk into town via several routes which takes about 20 minutes but after a few trips in the hot sun the bus was welcoming. Breakfast was international buffet style and fresh and well topped up no matter what time you visit.

Hotel management service very very poor and rude behaviour. Coffee matching in room but no water inside the Matchin to make the coffee. We requested them to fill the water but they didn’t do anything. Today Night shift Manager was so rude with us because we had water bottles in our hands and the water we get from outside but night shift Manager stop us rudely start talking why we get the water from gym room but we didn’t even go to the gym to get the water. We came with our family to stay comfortably but those kind of behaviour how can we find comfortable. We pay lots of money expect good service but Hotel expo is completely different. Finally I will suggest whoever try to book the hotel please please thank before you book your trip.
