The hotel was right off Interstate 90, and 30 minutes from the city of Syracuse. A continental breakfast was included which was basic: bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, tea, oranges. The room was spacious; soundproofing was good.

Great stay. Nice staff. I like the games available in the lobby. Nice breakfast just wish it could be open to 10:00am. The pool was a little cold and the jaccuzzi too hot. Overall great stay.

Noisy and warm Clean but room is warm even with a/c set to 60. The nosiest hotel I have stayed in. Slamming doors outside our room half the night keeping me awake and I usually can sleep thru a lot.

It’s honestly one of the best hotels I have actually stayed at and had easy access and things were very convenient and clean. Also things were close enough by to where it was easy to go out and do things.

I absolutely loved staying here. The staff was so nice when I called to ask questions before our stay. When we got there it was different staff and they were also very nice! The rooms were a lot bigger than I expected, the pool was clean and easy parking! I will definitely stay there again!

This place is a gem in the rough! The drive into the hotel is a bit sketch but the hotel property is amazing! Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was like a restaurant. So many choices of food! Free shuttle to the ******. The games and puzzles in the lobby was a nice touch and fun! Lots of places to relax and sit by a fire right outside the lobby doors. The place was so clean! The room was spacious and well equipped. Very clean as well. 10/10 would stay here again!

I booked the same hotel as my daughter for a family event in the area. I was informed that we were moved due to the emergency prison situation when i arrived. I did not receive a call or email ahead of time. I called my daughter yo give her directions to Hampton Inn since she was enroute. The front desk ladies were very friendly and informative. I wasn't upset only confused when my reservation couldn't be found. We all had a great weekend
