We were just passing through on our road trip and needed a place to stay so I am grateful that the inn was available. However, it is not a very well maintained hotel. It suited our needs but the towels were stained, the bath tub drain did not drain, the microwave was broken, there were a ton of flies buzzing around the room, the AC was difficult to regulate, and there were cigarette holes burned into the carpet (in a non-smoking room). The breakfast is packaged danishes, packets of instant oatmeal, cereal, cinnamon raisin bagels, 3 bananas, 4 apples, and coffee. Basically it was a decent place to crash but I would not consider staying here unless it was out of pure necessity.

We found the location to be easy on and off main road and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Our room was very nice and we felt was exceptionally clean and surfaces had been sanitized. The beds gave us a very good nights sleep!

Without a doubt the best Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in. And I love this chain so I've tried many. My room was away from the noise which I had requested. The AC worked very well. The linens were in excellent condition (which is very difficult during this time when hotel linens are almost impossible to get) and most importantly everything was immaculate. The bathtub was so clean that I could use it rather than shower. And before I had checked out in the morning, they had already vacuumed the elevator! The halls were clean, the breakfast area was clean and so organized! Just an outstanding stay. The management and employees here have done a SUPER job.

we stayed 2 days room room was clean and comfortable. I haven't stayed in a room with a front and back door since I was a kid. My only complaint is short toilets. we enjoyed our stay and will come back again

To start, the customer service just warmed my heart. Every single employee we came in contact with from the ladies at the front desk to the breakfast buffet staff. Rooms were super clean and spacious. Our beds were so comfortable that we almost overslept. The food at the included breakfast buffet was actually delicious. My favorite was the biscuits and gravy. There was bacon, omelets and array of other items including cereal and fruit. When I’m in Altus again, I will definitely stay at this Holiday Inn.
