The hotel is clean and still relatively new and I have stayed here several times since it opened. It is some of the current new staff that are problematic. Dennis and Raj were incredibly rude and mistreated me as well as my guest at my last stay. The housekeeper accused my guest of smoking in the room which was a complete lie. Raj threatened to call the RCMP on me for someone unknown reason. Dennis decided to ban me but didn't bother telling me until after I had already booked and paid for my room. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional people in charge of the front desk. Be warned that if you stay here and you are accused of some kind of wrong doing they will persecute you and ban you for absolutely nothing. I don't know if it's a cultural barrier, but they don't seem to understand how to treat people, paying guests, properly. Awful experience, so unprofessional.

Nice and cozy hotel! Little kitchen was really nice especially for travelling families. Location great as it is close to Superstore, and a bunch of other fast food places.
