My husband and I recently stayed for two nights, and it was absolutely wonderful! We were seeking a relaxing weekend, and this getaway exceeded all our expectations. The walking trails were serene, and we thoroughly enjoyed cozying up in the charming studio room to read our books. The room was a true haven—beautifully designed, with a well-equipped kitchen, a welcoming fireplace, and a comfortable seating area. The bedding was so luxurious that we couldn't resist contacting the resort afterward to find out where it was from—and now we have the same bedding at home! The dining experiences were exceptional. The Range restaurant delivered outstanding food paired with an impressive wine selection, and Pallino’s offered delicious Italian cuisine, whether dining in or taking out. We wholeheartedly recommend this resort for a winter retreat and are already looking forward to returning in the spring and summer to experience it all over again. This place is a gem!

We were very disappointed with our stay. Arrived Christmas Eve at 4:30pm to a darkened reception area. We had to check ourselves in. The staff went home at 4. I don't feel it would have hurt to have someone there till 6pm so at least you'd be welcomed. The room was not clean. Both sinks were dirty and there was sticky goo on the living room wall. Also we had been told it was a fully equipped kitchen. When there is a stove usually oven mitts are provided. We also found the staff was rude. When we went to use the pool, the guy at the desk didn't say hello or offer instructions. We had to ask the questions. Dinner at the Range was a disaster. Usually when something isn't available you let the guests know as they are seated not after drinks and dinner is ordered and 10 minutes later we find out what we want is not available. Didn't leave us the option to go to Pallinos. On check out no one was at the desk, so I left the key on the desk. Just as I turned to leave, a guy came out of the office. No, good morning or how was your stay. When I said where I had left the key, all I got was an okay. This was to be a Christmas getaway and we did not leave feeling "what a wonderful holiday" I regretted booking here. Only 2 good things, the walking trails and fireworks.

My friends and I stayed in Predator Ridge Fieldglass (unit 18) and it was a great setting for a boys weekend - modern, clean, spacious. Excellent golf course views from the roof deck. We also liked the variety of video games (Big Buck Hunter, Golden Tee) to keep the competition going off the course. Will definitely go back! Fieldglass townhouses are a great choice for groups and families.

This was a lovely place to stay. Very quiet and quaint and to a high standard. Couple of things to note in my opinion - there was an automated fan somewhere in the room (aside from the AC and the bathroom fan) and it kept turning itself on & off throughout our stay. You couldn't properly sleep because of it. The bed was also a bit bizzare, it wasn't mounted to anything, so the mattress kept moving away from the wall. Nice touch was offering the nespresso pods in the room but no milk or sugar which i thought was strange.

First time to play and stay and the Predator Ridge Lodge. All I've been telling my friends is " I needed that!" The accommodation is like having a posh condo unit fully furnished and with the view of the stunning golf course. It will be an annual event for me. Jake

We went with friends that are long time residents at Predator Ridge and had a fabulous meal at the newly and beautifully renovated Range. It’s was a beautiful night , the views were fantastic and if that wasn’t enough, our server was amazing. Candise was her name and she was so good. Her attention to detail, product knowledge and recommendations she made were right on and she just helped to make it a really great night. Thank you Candise!

I wrote a recent review on this resort. My wife wrote an official complaint to which a manager responded. Trip advisor does not allow for a further response. The response we received from the resort manager in our opinion failed to address our concerns raised. The resort claim a check in time of 4 pm which is unusual. 3 pm is more common. The point was that a room was promised to us to be ready before that time and there was 7 hrs to prepare for that ,and it was not done and not communicated to us that it was not available. The car park refurbishment was not mentioned to us but also not to other guests I found out. The managers response is disingenuous on that regard. The following day there was a golf event and the again we were woken at an early hour by multiple announcements on the PA system. We received some minor compensation from the resort as a result of our complaint. The amount of the compensation and the nature of the response ,to our complaint ,appears to show a lack of appreciation as to the extend of the shortcomings of the resort at the time of our staying and also the lack of meaningful engagement by the management to give a fair a reasonable response. Given the situation and some of the other concerns we raised the suggestion that we could be welcomed back to the resort soon ,affirms the lack of insight. This resort is for building real estate. A well functioning lodge appears to be of low priority.

My husband and I went to the Range for dinner last night in celebration of our 19th anniversary. The resort is beautiful and the restaurant beautifully decorated with a nice patio and amazing views. Unfortunately our dining experience wasn’t the best. First, they couldn’t find the wine we ordered, fortunately we were able to order another delicious one. Second the playlist was a rock and roll vibe played on a tinny sound system better suited to a pub. Our expectation was a fine dining experience at a top rated resort. Our dinner was ok other than my steak which I could neither cut, nor chew, and had to send it back and order something else only to find later we were charged for it. Through it all our server Taia was excellent, personable, attentive and completely professional, koodos to her. I would recommend this restaurant to someone looking for a pub, sticking to the pub food side of the menu.
