Dirty, there are hairs on the floor, the bathroom smells bad, there are mushrooms in the shower. When we arrived to collect the keys the person asked us to pay 40 euros more (without invoice and in cash) because there were two of us and apparently even though it was a double room, we had booked for one only person, so finally we paid 150 balls for the room, which was not at all at the address where we had reserved it and does not look at all like the photos. The bathroom is outside and it is very dirty and when I asked for the invoice for the 40th that we paid, they did not want to send it to us by email.

We rented the room the week of August, paying the entire amount in advance with a prepaid card (without free cancellation). After making the reservation, we received an email specifying that a credit card would be required for the overnight stay. We showed up on the day of check-in with a credit card in the name of a third party with a relative authorization for use in our name. Despite this, we were denied the stay and we did not receive any refund from the facility... We therefore filed a complaint for fraud and embezzlement. To anyone who has experienced a similar incident in the aforementioned facility, please file a report in order to receive compensation. ATTENTION THE STRUCTURE CONTINUALLY CHANGES ITS NAME ON BOOKING (now it is called Economy Rooms, whereas previously it was called Porticciolo Rooms).
