I really enjoyed the hospitality of the receptionist and the staff in the kitchen. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, the WiFi, the mini bar and balcony😊🥂I like the hotel, plus the location too. Only around 15 minutes drive from the airport and also close to the train station less than 30 minutes walk 😊 I recommend this hotel!!!

Flying in Bergamo, I booked this hotel when the hotel at the airport had no room. Ctrip said that there is a pick-up and drop-off service, just to help book a taxi, but there is no taxi or Uber at this location. Malpensa takes a taxi at night to 205 euros. It costs 50 euros to take a taxi in the morning. The room is dirty and old. Except for the nice guy at the front desk, I have nothing to say. I missed the flight😭

Lovely hotel..staff friendly and helpful. Organised taxis and early breakfast for us when we were leaving. Very clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Close to the city of bergamo and also only 40 minutes on train from Milan Central.
