Very poor equipment and possibility to charge the mobiles and other electronic devices in room. Totally outdated hotel and needs thorough renovation. Making stupid and outrageous savings by switching off electricity in room during the day cutting all important charging devices for the guest ( us). Welcome to the 21st century!!!!

Very good hotel with an outstanding panoramic view of Verbier. Friendly, warm and attentive staff for the most part. Sometimes battling to get service at the bar can be a challenge. Booking can also be challenging, and do not look for any recognition for repeat visits, often when taking multiple rooms. But without doubt some staff are outstanding, including the drivers and the sommelier.

Sensational place. The location is spectacular. The building is charming and well maintained. The rooms are really good. The staff is really great - very helpful with providing suggestions and recommendations of things to do. Great food here too.

Chalet d'Adrien is a nice place to stay in Verbier, Switzerland. The chalet is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The views are lovely. The team was friendly, courteous and welcoming. The amenities are really good.

The hotel was lovely, the service made it very easy to get a ski pass and the daily shuttle to the lifts and at night was always prompt and quick. My room was always cleaned perfectly on time, along with the turn down service every evening.
