Staff is really helpful and smiling :) spa and masage is perfect :) room is clean and confortable … location is good for us. But eggs is cold at breakfast buffet. And restaurant menu is not good. Also staff is child friendly,this is important for us because we stay there wth our child.Our child went school and when they come back to hotel they are wants to stay in loby area.There have confortable and there have fire place.

Lovely hotel in a convenient position in Verbier. Our room was very comfortable with an excellent shower. Breakfast included a good range of tasty alternatives . Our only criticism is the fact that the lighting in the room was very dim. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again without hesitation.

great staff. very comfortable apartment. Lovely spa and very attentive staff. Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. We all had a great time. thank you for your hospitality. Verbier is an ideal location for a walking holiday with free lift passes and plenty of challenging routes.

Having booked a room several months ago I unfortunately suffered a serious leg injury which meant I was not able to fly. Having recently recovered from a significant cancer operation we were so excited to be visiting Verbier. Although I realise that I had booked a non refundable room I had thought that in the circumstances the hotel might consider a full or partial refund. Despite pleading and the full support of an ******* rep who asked for a “one off courtesy” the hotel management would not consider any refund despite the fact that there was almost a month for the room to be rebooked.

Beautiful hotel - nice wellness and comfy bed. Breakfast was good but service was not great. The room was nice but on the first floor and no view with no air. Too hot to sleep and even with the window open. Next time I would only stay in a higher floor.

It was a fantastic stay with Cordee. We were there last time around 9 years ago. Coming back this year for Easter was a great choice. The service overall is fantastic, the rooms are more than you can expect and the spa area is the best we have seen in Verbier (only should the sauna in fact be quite a bit warmer 😃). We would come back any time.

Beautiful hotel. Very stylish interiors and friendly and helpful staff. We could only stay for one night but will definitely be back! Slightly disappointed we could not make use of the beautiful spa but the heavy snow meant we had to start our return journey early..

Just loved our stay here. We were a little concerned that our Economy room (at the back of the hotel) would be cramped and too small but though a 'cosy' size it was very well designed. Key was a Kingsize bed with a nice walk in shower room + a small walk in wardrobe area. We had no complains & really liked the layout. However the overriding impression of this super hotel was the staff who were so friendly with a very strong service culture. Bravo. Spa area also wonderful
