Empfang war sehr freundlich. Gut geschlafen, dickere Wände. Leider, obwohl Wochen im Vorfeld Zimmer mit Aussicht angefragt, keins Bekommen. Blick war auf die Hauswand. Schade, sonst hätte ich Werbung dafür im Internet gemacht. Hatte ich auch angeboten. Bad renoviert sehr sauber. Frühstück war lecker und eine süße kleine Auswahl. Netter Service. Hatten paar Meter weiter einen öffentlichen kostenfreien Parkplatz

Fijn hotel met hele ruime kamers. Ontvangst is sober, maar de service is prima. Diner in het restaurant is zeer aan te bevelen door ruime keus aan hele goede gerechten. Ontbijt is werkelijk perfect. En de bediening ouderwets correct: je voelt je echt een gewaardeerde gast.

Pernottamento di due giorni a Pallanza. Stanza molto grande , bagno ampio e moderno. Gentile il direttore che mi aveva riservato la camera non vista lago ma all arrivo allo stesso prezzo mi ha cambiato la stanza con vista sul lago. Molto educato e simpatico il personale della sala.

Hotel sul lungolago di Pallanza in zona centrale, quindi ottimamente situato. Comodo anche perché abbastanza vicino a parcheggi gratuiti. Stanza discreta di cui ho apprezzato il materasso comodo e rigido al punto giusto e il pavimento di legno. Bellissimo il bagno, ampio e nuovo con finestra. Notte tranquilla e nessun rumore molesto dalla strada. Personale cortese e disponibile

Hotel in riva al lago, con vista pazzesca. Stanza ampia e pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Esperienza perfettamente in linea con le mie aspettative. L’ho usato per partecipare alla maratona del Lago Maggiore, scelta più azzeccata non potevo fare. Ritornerò.

Tres bel hotel sur les bords du Lac Majeur. Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute, les chambres sont propres. En voyage organisé, les repas du soir sont très bons et diversifiés. Le petit déjeuné est plus que correct et très variés.

Хорошая локация.капает кондиционер(в чемодан),потрёпаные полотенца,не удобный душ,срабатывала пожарная сигнализация(просто так),не ровные обои,жёсткий матрас,мало света в норме (потому что забетонировали окна…………………………………

Hôtel très bien situé au bord du lac, sans route fréquentée devant. La situation est donc calme et tranquille. Possibilité de se parquer gratuitement le long du lac. Nous avons trouvé cet hôtel sombre, pas propre, pas moderne, même pas rénové ou rafraîchi du tout. L'hôtel est plein de moquettes qui sentent l'humidité et le moisi. Les ascenseurs font peur, les corridors sentent et la chambre aussi. La chambre était très grande la salle de bain aussi. Les joints de la salle de bain sont moisi, tout est vieux et il n'y a pas de confort. Le soir l'atmosphère était un peu glauque. Par contre une belle surprise pour un joli buffet de déjeuner. Nous sommes malheureusement tombé un week-end ou il y a avait énormément de chien, trop à notre goût !
