The hotel is very well located and has everything you may need, as there is a shopping center in the lower part, where you will find restaurants, cafes, shops and cinemas. This hotel is only about 15 minutes from the airport, ( cab ride is 260 pesos) and it is near everything nice, the beach, the Andamar Mall, restaurants, and shopping galore. We had a really nice view of the city and the ”malecon” from the 7th floor. our room was neat, clean, and spacious. I can still smell the clean linen sheets. Beds were big and comfortable, I slept like a rock !!! This hotel is connected with the Holiday Inn next door which is a burnt orange color. You can use their pool and facilities while wearing a plastic bracelet up until 9 pm. The breakfasts in the morning are delectable and best of all-included!!!! Great Mexican choices like chilaquiles, black beans,and lots of ”picante” sauces,mi amigo !!! The staff at the front desk always has someone who can speak English, and they are so helpful with any advice or tourist info. They got a taxi for us in less than 5 minutes for our return trip to the airport. Most of all, we felt safe and well taken care of. We would surely return.

The breakfast buffet is excellent and the first-time Ana's attention, I will certainly return.

An ok hotel but i think yiu can get better deals in the area,above a shopping mall I dislike that they hold a 1000 pesos deposit,showers could be cleaner,beds are ok and is near the beach
