Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones muy limpias y en buen estado el trato del personal excelente sin embargo el aire acondicionado no funcionaba

Great location if you love to party all night. I’m old so I don’t. J/k. I’m not that old. But in seriousness it is loud until past midnight and karaoke is a thing right next to the place. Bad karaoke. The room was spacious. The bed was like a concrete wall. But is common in Mexico. Parking was 2 blocks away so kinda a pain to get your luggage to and from.

LAS HABTACIONES CON MUCHOS MOSCOS QUE NOS PICARON. NADIE ATIENDE LOS RECLAMOS. SE ACTIVÓ UNA ALARMA DE INCENDIO Y DURÓ DOS HORAS SONANDO PORQUE NO HABÍA NADIE DE MANTENIMIENTO. DEFINITIVAMENTE NO SE DESCANSA. PÉSIMAS INSTALACIONES.

Cobro directo. Le da los datos q se supone son confidenciales al hotel. Y el hotel hace el cobro nuevamente. No entiendo porque si cuando reservé me hicieron el descuento directo de la tarjeta. Las recepcionistas con malos modos, y nadie q se haga responsable. Al final tuvimos q pagar de nuevo y esperar a q hagan el reembolso el tiempo q se tarde la institución bancaria.

Tiene una buena ubicación, fácil acceso al zócalo, malecón, restaurantes, tiendas, etc, además de que las instalaciones están en muy buen estado y siempre limpias.

En general es muy conveniente en cuanto a lugar, todo está en los alrededores y el costo- Beneficio esta excelente, de las habitaciones son buenas en cuanto a lo básico, el aire acondicionado es una bendición, funciona genial.
El estacionamiento está a dos cuadras lo cual es tedioso si tienes que ir por cosas para cargar o subir, sumado a qué no hay elevador ...lo cual ya sabía, pero no sé porque nos tuvieron que mandar al 4 piso.
Si buscas un hotel que cumpla lo necesario en cuanto a que solo lo ocupes para descansar después de pasar todo el.dia afuera, está perfecto.
