Clean facilities and rooms Comfortable rooms Internet with very good speed Very good location, behind the cathedral, one block from the portals, two from the boardwalk. I forgot an object and they immediately notified me and provided me with the means to recover it. And also, very affordable rates¡ My first choice whenever I go to the port, definitely.

I spent 4 nights at this hotel last August-2022-and it was a very pleasant experience.The hotel is very conveniently located-a short walk to the main plaza.The room was clean and comfortable and sleep quality was excellent.The staff at reception were super friendly and I was made feel most welcome.....Breakfast wasn't available but several restaurants were close-by...I am happy to recommend this place and gladly give it 9 out of 10.

Bien ubicado y bonito. Un hotel de recamaras amplias, con bastante luz, tv, clima, limpio y con un pequeño closet con caja fuerte. Me encantó la ubicación, en el mero corazón de la ciudad, por lo que caminando puedes ir a conocer el zócalo, catedral, malecón, mercados, nieves, etc. Además en un punto dónde fácilmente puedes tomar transporte a otros sitios. El restaurante bastante bueno, buen sazón, pero si pudiera agregar algo es que fueran un poco más generosos con las raciones. La recepcionista de la mañana, excelente ser humano. Una señora que olvidé su nombre, pero super amable, servicial, proactiva y muy eficiente. Los felicito porque la imagen inicial del hotel, ella le da. Lo único a mejorar, el piso del baño está muy manchado, generando una sensación de estar sucio, debe haber algo que los mejore. Regreso
