Advise Hotels Reina

We went to Reina in september and is was great! the hotel, the pools, the food and everyhing. the animations are mainly focus to local public and not foreigners - everything is in spanish, the only negative issue was the gym that is charged at 5€/hour and it's ver old and has broken machines.

Hello, we went to Advise Aparthotel during first week of August and faced a mix of good and bad situations. Starting with the positive (no need for much explanation): - location - very close to the beach - temperature of the water in the pool - pool with slides for both kids and adults - breakfast variety - tasty food overall - decent rooms for the price spent - the free wi-fi was a nice surprise, even ****h the signal is not very strong The "ok" items: - the staff - we found people with a welcoming attitude, but also some staff with negative posture, not at all welcoming in the restaurant. we can understand that people have good and bad days, but one same person was constantly with a mad and bored expression when welcoming guests, and that was not good. - parking possibility, but a little expansive in my opinion - a very hot lobby due to the size of it not allowing the AC to cool it. - only one set of towels for bath. we are used to 2 sets since women often use one for the body and one for the hair. - the pools are too deep in general. even for an adult - only providing one key card at arrival (but provided a second one upon request) Now the Bad items: - Dirty glasses everytime (lipstick, stains) and also plates. - when preparing tables some staff members dropped the paper towels in the floor and just picked up and placed on the tables. - ice creams and deserts not very cold, what took quality from it - some visible lack of organisation in the restaurant staff - was the first spanish hotel where the animation team only spoke in spanish. usually we hear the instruction at least in spanish and in english - very limited activies of the animation team, and the expression "Mari" is stuck in our brains, not for a good reason - dirty sheets and cushions in summary, an average experience.

We are having a very relaxing holiday. The weather has been very hot. We have really enjoyed the pool area and the entertainment team have been excellent. The hotel is probably ready for a good refurbishment. Very much a Spanish family hotel.Really enjoyed the falconry evenings.

NEFASTO HOTEL ADVISE REINA DE VERA, DEL 30 DE junio al 9 de Julio, 2 adultos y un niño de 6 años. Instalaciones en muy buen estado pero totalmente desaprovechadas. Ubicación: mala, acceso a playa cercana pero si quieres salir a dar un paseo después de cenar...tienes que irte lejos o pasear por zonas casi a oscuras y la info facilitada por el hotel fué muy escasa . Limpieza: mala, ni siquieran barrían o fregaban los suelos, con los días nos dimos cuenta que dependía de la persona a la que le "tocará " cada día nuestra habitación. Comida: el servicio es pésimo! Aviso a familias!!! No dejan mover mesas desde el COVID por lo que si sois 5o 6 debereis sentaros siempre separados ( y ésto no te lo informa nadie antes de reservar ,nosotros fuimos una familia grande y acabamos poniendo reclamación y juntando dos mesas) Recogen las bandejas y comidas mientras te estás sirviendo ( dentro del horario) con una absoluta falta de educación!,En muchos casos no reponen la comida no la sustituyen, poca variedad y colas a cualquier hora para comer una pizza,un filete o cualquier cosa de plancha..Horrible. Animación: casi inexistente para niños, muy pobre y personal con poca experiencia....La de la noche decepcionante y finaliza a las 11, sales de cenar con suerte...verás 5minutos. Es un hotel con muchas posibilidades pero muy mala organización,servicio y calidad de comida y animación..Es una pena. Es la segunda vez que voy a Vera y éste hotel no se lo recomendaría a nadie .
