Excellent price, apartments are very dated If you want a peaceful break, then forget it as there is no soundproofing between the apartments. Hear the neighbours talking, toilets flushing all night, guests in the corridors For what we paid for the location it was expected for a 1970s apartment.

Terrible free buffet. Queues of more than half an hour to get in to eat, more than 15 minutes to be served and then there was no food. There were also no plates and those that were there are wet and with food remains. The coffee machines didn't have milk,… in short it seems that nothing worked. There were many of us, they said. The capacity was apparently met but the kitchen and the service could not cope. Eat we didn't eat but they charged us if they charged us. We went for the Níjar Cup and although we had full board we ate out on the second day to avoid disaster again.

The apartments have a fantastic location to enjoy Vera and its surroundings but they leave a lot to be desired. Broken, old and rusty furniture. The beds were horrible because apart from the fact that the mattress was a soft piece of gum, the bed base had broken slats. The bathroom had various moisture stains, a sign of neglect, the air conditioning button was broken and there were no instructions for use. Anyway.... They have a lot to improve for me to return or recommend it to someone.

I was there in September 2023 with my partner. I found the apartment spacious, clean and very bright. The staff is very good, especially the girls who come to change the sheets and towels, very friendly and attentive. The kitchenware was very good, I didn't miss anything.
