Apparently the hotel was very good, but the big surprise was when we arrived. The first thing is that they wanted to charge us for leaving the car on the street to unload the suitcases, which I didn't understand and of course I didn't pay. When we went inside the girls at the reception were quite stupid, they treated us as if we had never been to a hotel and told us that we had breakfast included, which we thought was great but they said it was a courtesy and in reality they had charged us for it. . Next, we got to the room and we had asked for it with a double bed and they put 2 beds together, but they charged us for a double bed, more expensive of course. The sheets were dirty but we didn't realize it and therefore we didn't say it, the next day we went down to the restaurant for breakfast and the cutlery was dirty, there was almost no breakfast and we talked to the man who was at the door and he told us That was what there was, that they couldn't do anything else and of course, industrial dishwashers had that, that they left the dishes dirty. Of the 3 days we were there, we only had breakfast that day, the rest of us went outside. When we returned to the room they had already made our bed and my surprise was that the sheets were still dirty and the towels that we had put out to wash were hung up again. I went down to reception to tell it and they said it was a mistake by the cleaning staff. But the surprise was the last day, when I wanted to talk to the person in charge of the hotel and they told me that he was not there and that I couldn't talk to anyone. I told the receptionists that I wanted a complaint form and I wanted to speak with the manager who was at the hotel at that time or the person in charge and in a very bad manner he told me that if I was a conflictive person I didn't have to be there. in that hotel and if I didn't know how to leave my house, I should stay there. The reception was full of people and she told me yelling and people turned and stared. I was calling for approximately 3 months and they always picked up my phone number but no one ever called me, until I told them that I was going to send them a work inspection for having food in bad condition, for not having cleanliness in the kitchen and for having the Dirty rooms, coincidence that they immediately transferred me to the person in charge and the only solution he gave me was to write my experience here. I didn't want a financial refund at all. I just wanted to apologize for the way they treated us. Therefore my experience there was disastrous, I will never return and much less recommend it to anyone, in fact the times I have returned I have stayed in other cheaper hotels and much better than this one.

Antes de llegar ya nos encontramos con pegas… a dos semanas de iniciar las vacaciones me dicen q tengo que pagar por mi perro 20€ la noche. Estuvimos 15 días, el apartamento está mas q pagado, y ahora me encuentro con que no tengo q poner una fianza por mi perro, sino q paga estancia!! Me parece fatal que esa información no se de a la hora de contratar.
