The grossest place I have ever stayed! I have stayed at many LaQuinta Inns. Some are great, others not so much. WYNDHAM should be ashamed to have the LaQuinta brand on this mess but judging by the lack of a response to my email they don't care. The property needs basic cleaning/maintenance. The rooms need to new carpet and basic upgrades in the bathroom. The breakfast was a joke! No orange or apple juice, the machine was turned off/broken. Old pastries, cereal, coffee with regular cream and sugar. I stayed on a Thursday night ($120ish) and a Friday night ($240ish) I understand that Friday is typically more and wouldn't care if the room was not such a dump but this was just nasty. This month for my 2 days off (I am a 24/7 in home caregiver for a 95 year old man) I booked at Holiday Inn at the Ventura Marina with a harbor view for $40 more than what thos place squeezed out of me.

Was here for a work trip stayed for two nights. When I first walked in the door it smelt like kitty litter. I had to leave the window open the whole time I was, there. There was hair still left in the shower. There was no towels. And staff looks very overwhelmed.

The first room I was given did not have an operating phone or tv. I was moved to a second room, next to noisy neighbors. In the middle of the night, the refrigerator started making noises and woke me up. In the future I will spend the extra cash and stay somewhere else. I wouldn't stay here again.

Staff isn’t very helpful snd the rooms are goin down hill but still clean enough for me to stay heat and wifi work great but having to deal with the customer service oh wait there is none so good luck it’s not that bad

Pillows like rocks, dogs howling at night, staff more interested in laughng and joking with each other while the customer waits to be helped. Breakfast food is a joke, waffles but no syrup or butter and told to use jam. Why would you offer waffles but no syrup and butter.

We recently stayed at your hotel and this was the most disgusting hotel. First the check in process was horrible we arrived at 2:20 were told we have to wait until no rooms available ok that is fine since check in was for 3 pm at 3:15 still no room available after the front desk lady check with manager we were given a room that she said she had to have permission to do since it goes for $10 more a night on bottom floor. This room smelt bad when we entered. When we took a shower the tub filled the water took almost 2 hours to drain. We told front desk in the morning we were told maintenance would take a look however when we returned that afternoon the tub was in the same condition as it was when we left the room. This room had food in the furniture, under the sink in the bathroom, bugs and cobwebs on the window sill on the inside, there was rings dresser along with some sort of sticky substance, holes in the drapes, the sheets and bed cover. This hotel also is pet friendly which would be fine if not all the rooms were allowed pets the hair sticks in the carpets which was absolutely disgusting you walk on it bare feet and your feet a black. There was bare nail on the board from the carpet to the floor into the sink area that I stepped on. There was no housekeeping service we had to front desk ask for clean towels and we didn't have a lot of trash but we still had to take it out ourselves. This place is totally unacceptable from a health standpoint and should be reported. I don't expect a full refund however I would like to see at least a half refund. I won't be staying at this hotel again and at this point I would not recommend which is a shame La Quinta had always been a good clean and respected hotel I don't know what has changed to what it is now. I have attached pictures.

Great location, old and outdated everything needs an overhaul. Beds, bathrooms, new flooring get rid of carpet. Needs technology plugs for iPhones and computers. Needs security cameras, lighting, landscaping.
