Hotel désastreux, il ne devrait même plus être dans le site du groupe Accor. Je suis un super client du groupe accord, je ne vais plus faire confiance à l’enseigne. Et pourtant je suis un très gros client en arrivant m’a demandé de payer, j’ai dit que je paierai tout à l’heure du coup accueil jamais vu comme cela l’état des chambres est désastreux, pas de Clim, un grand lit et un petit lit, la baignoire des années 80. Je vous parle pas du lavabo ni de l’odeur en pierre plus jamais je ne mettrai un pied dans cet hôtel et je déconseille tout le monde de pas y aller.

Cet hôtel est très bien situé à proximité de l'autoroute mais on peut y parvenir par la route… (Il faudrait demander à la municipalité de Venoy de nommer cette route inconnue du GPS...). L’isolation est excellente car nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit de la circulation. Les literies sont propres et confortables, l’écran télé de bonne taille. La salle de bain est petite mais contient toutefois une baignoire… Les petits déjeuners sont bien achalandés. Par contre, il n’y a pas de restauration mais nous sommes à 200 m à pieds de la station de l’autoroute et à 7 km du centre d’Auxerre.

Le séjour c'est bien passé notamment grâce à Maria à la réception et Béatrice au pdj. Leur professionnalisme rattrape un peu l'aspect vieillot de l'hôtel.
