Very helpful phone calls prior to the visit. Very clean and functional apartments. We really appreciate that the kitchen has lots of useful utensils, stove and oven. The layout of the buildings is a bit confusing but we eventually figured it out. Love the pool and the hammam.

I stayed at this hotel on my university ski trip, and I feel extremely disappointed with the experience we all had. First of all, they provided one roll of toilet paper for a 6 person apartment for a week meaning we were forced to also pay for this ourselves and no shops had any in stock meaning we had to use tissues for the entire week when using the toilet. However this is not the main issue. Upon booking the trip, we payed a £75 deposit each towards the hotel to cover any potential damage to the room/ cleaning costs as we were also made to clean the entire room ourselves even after paying hundreds to stay there. We, as a group ensured the room was spotless, emptied all the bins, cleaned the fridge, we even picked out chewing gum which had been in the bin who knows how long to ensure we were not penalised of our deposit upon leaving the hotel. One of us also took a video of this room, and all of the bins to show that this had been done as we had a feeling that this would somehow be contested by the hotel. And as we expected, we all had all been charged “cleaning fees” to take the bins out. We sent the video to the hotel and to the booking company we used, and we were told that this was insufficient and the evidence had been rejected and the hotel was now shut as it was end of season. I believe this to be a huge scam as we can imagine this happened to a lot of young university student guests staying there that week as it was an easy way to make money as most would not contest it.
