Don't be taken in by the write up. Firstly this is not a bed and breakfast. This is a couple of rooms above a cafe with no room service that will for an extra £15 each give you a breakfast in the cafe. ( It is a wonderful breakfast but does not make up for it) rooms at the top of done very steep very dangerous stairs.. room very basic very poor and so called private bathroom had no external lock so other guests used it for the toilet.. yes in centre but that just meant noisy drinks and people smoking ***** below our window.. overall not worth the money...

As a B&B: Perfect location. Laughable door locks (could be opened with literally anything I guess). Constant smell from the sewers. The room design is okish, except for the dead bird "modern installation" and awkward photos "art". No room service during 4 days of our stay (though we didn't need one actually). Spare towels and enough toiletries is a bonus. Really challenging way (narrow stairs) to climb to the rooms. A lot of noise from both the cafeteria below, from some construction works in the building almost every day and from other guests passing through & the staff working just behind the thin room wall. Good they've put curtains on the windows, because the look from them is just an industrious nothing and other numbers can see directly what you do in your room from like 3 meters range. The toilet seat is super high and it's not screwed well enough to the ceramic part. All in all it's almost worth the money, at least in this town.

Hyggelig betjening og svært god beliggenhet. Men rommene fremstår svært slitt med store sprekker mellom gulv og vegg. Sengene er dårlige og sengetøyet klør.

This b and b is very centrally located, and also close to the station. My room (1) was spacious, but there was a musty smell in the bathroom, masked with a lot of air freshener. And on the sunny side, so warm. (there is a fan). It's nice that there is a kettle in the room for tea and coffee. Breakfast is very tasty, yogurt with granola and tasty sandwiches. Too bad you only get 1 cup of coffee, but everything else is great.

Enjoyed a delicious breakfast. You can put these together yourself. Lots of choice. From standard sandwiches with all kinds of fillings to different yogurts with homemade granola. There is also a lot of choice in terms of drinks, from green smoothies to homemade sodas! This morning I opted for a brown sandwich, scrambled eggs with bacon and Greek yogurt with granola. Just finished it! When we made the reservation, we indicated that we had something to celebrate and they then decorated the table with streamers!

We hadden gekozen voor deze B en B vanwege de centrale ligging. Helaas was dit het enige positieve aspect. Allereerst was de ontvangst onvriendelijk en om bij de kamer op de t****e verdieping te komen, moest je een hindernis met zeer steile trappen doorstaan, De kamer was niet schoon. Er lag nog een onderbroek van de vorige gast bij het bed. De kamer is zeer gehorig. Het ontbijt is het geld niet waard.

De ontvangst was kil en zakelijk. Vervolgens moest je twee zeer steile trappen nemen wat vooral met een koffer een hele opgave is. Voor minder valide mensen niet te doen. De kamer is sober ingericht en zeer gehorig. Vanuit de straat was er ook nog eens een rioollucht waarneembaar. Ik vind de prijs te hoog voor wat je krijgt. Het ontbijt is gek genoeg niet inbegrepen en is ook te duur voor wat je krijgt. En heel gek: er wordt meer toeristenbelasting gevraagd dan de gemeente op haar website vermeldt.9
