Walking distance from Rialto ferry station. Use goggle to help you . Nearby has supermarket and many restaurants. Super newer to San Macro Sq. Hotel- very clean and nice room. No toothbrush tho but the rest are awake . They even complimentary me a Prosecuo bottle as it’s my honey moon . So sweet ! Breakfast- complimentary. Variety is good. I had scramble egg and the crispy bacon was super good. If you have heavy luggage , take note that you will have to carry up and down a few flight of stairs when going to this hotel . Otherwise I recommend you after alighting at Rialto, turn to ur right… look for Max Mara… then from there goggle .. abit futher but only 1 flight of stairs .. dun be like me … follow the goggle map … carry thr luggage up and down 3 time … Dun really need to buy the 2 day unlimited ticket at 30E as actually can slowly walk from railway station to hotel … but with luggage … u can buy 1 way.. the rest juat walk slowly … save the euro for the food better . This is a very good hotel with good service and good location. !

The location Excellent. An extra bed is available. It was already 22:00 when I checked in. I came to the hotel restaurant with the mentality of giving it a try. I didn’t expect the most amazing thing to be the upstairs restaurant. This is the most formal Italian restaurant in Europe. Eat Serving a dish with a set of tableware is too particular. It was great to have a great foie gras, the beauty of the dessert and the rich flavors. The buffet breakfast the next morning was even more unexpected. Not to mention the top-notch view, the rich and delicious breakfast is also top-notch. The location is very close to the Bridge of Sighs. St. Mark's Square is so beautiful, and the products in the nearby shops are also very good. 80 euros to sit on the gondola, it is worth it! Take a water taxi from the hotel to the airport, 130 Euros and board the boat directly from the side door of the hotel lobby, which is very convenient. When I came to the hotel, I didn’t understand. I took the water bus, 15 euros per person. The bus stopped when it saw the station. The boat was full of people. It took an hour to get to the St. Mark’s Square station. I got off the boat and walked 300 meters with my suitcase. After about 10 meters, we crossed the Bridge of Sighs and arrived at the hotel. It's not very convenient. If you take a water taxi for 130 Euros from the airport, you can go directly to the side entrance of the hotel lobby in 20 minutes.

The location is the best! The room is old, but the stay is very comfortable. I drove here and asked the hotel to arrange parking service, pick up and drop off from the parking lot to the hotel. The trip was good, but the price was expensive. When I left, the hotel did not explain clearly that the parking fee was not included in the 220 euro price! The ”taxi boat” was also borne by the guests. I was a little disappointed when I left. I paid a high price, but I felt that the hotel took advantage of it... Of course, everything in Venice is expensive, but I think the hotel can provide better service! Overall, there is room for improvement! Next time I go to Venice, I will change to another hotel!

Located conveniently at a water ferry stop so you don’t have to haul your luggage too far. No stairs in the hotel so that’s a bit of a struggle. Our room over looked the water which was very pretty. Breakfast was pretty good. You don’t get a choice they just bring you what they offer. Hotel and room are dated but I think that just gave it some character

This is the first time I write a review on Ctrip. I'll say that when you are away from home, don't be too hypocritical, and don't ask and expect too much. But this time I can't help but tell the truth. Let's talk about the price first. 1. The standard large room of this hotel is more than 4,000 yuan per night. This room type is enough for two people. After arriving at the hotel, we still asked how much it would cost to upgrade to a better room, and the front desk receptionist took us to see two upgraded rooms with different decoration styles, but it would cost about 350-400 euros. In the end, we gave up because of the price and felt it was not worth it. In addition to the larger space, although there is a sea view, it is not a floor-to-ceiling window. 2. The design style is dark. I personally think that this hotel should be suitable for young people under 25 years old who are avant-garde in art. It is a personalized design boutique hotel. For other business travelers with high comfort requirements/poor eyesight or older people, forget it, because it is really a bit dark, a bit dark, and the practicality of various buttons in the room is really a bit brain-consuming. It is more recommended to choose a chain brand five-star hotel). At least those brands are more mature in operation, the service is also very professional, and the courtesy is more diverse. 3. The reception is not good enough. There is no pick-up service. This is a hotel on the main island. If you come here, you can book a water taxi ticket at the airport (140 euros for two people, a special boat, 20-30 minutes to get off at the hotel door, it is quite smooth.), but you will be very embarrassed when you leave the hotel. Anyway, we are going to Lucia Railway Station to take 🚞 to Milan. The hotel staff did not provide any service to help us see off. You know, guests like us from the ”Eastern Tang Dynasty” have several suitcases and have to travel through several cities. We dragged several heavy luggage all the way, and there were 5-6 bridges on the cobblestone road and 20 minutes of walking. Oh my God! Where is the decency of staying in a boutique hotel? ! ! It's really ironic! ! As a hotel of this price on the island, a representative hotel, it is marked as the No. 1 luxury hotel in Venice on Ctrip... It really made me feel very, very bad. 3. I am quite satisfied with the hotel breakfast. You have to order a set meal on the spot, which is freshly made and not self-service, probably to avoid waste. As shown in the picture, the drinks, water, snacks, etc. in the mini bar in the room are all free. 4. If you are a little superstitious, you don’t have to choose this hotel, because the standard room is a sky view room, which is really depressing, with insufficient light, and dark style design. I almost brought my own black magic. There is also an art installation in the corridor at the door of my room. As shown in Figure 1, there are all kinds of monsters moving in a pool of mud... Just think about it and your stomach will tremble! When we checked in, we were very nervous, and we could only stay in this state of mind. The reason why I have such a long talk is to avoid many compatriots from stepping on thunder. In fact, Venice is very small. One day on this island is enough for you to play. It is similar to you visiting an ancient town in China, but the architectural scenery in Europe is more outstanding. There is no need to stay on this main island. Leave more time to other fun cities!

The basic room type I booked was special for the 10th anniversary. When I arrived, I said I wanted to upgrade, but it turned out that I upgraded at my own expense. The rooms that cost money are of course better, but the basics are not cheap anymore, and this anniversary was quite luxurious. As one of the eight palaces in Venice, the hardware environment itself is a destination worth experiencing in life. The service staff is also very enthusiastic, and the hotel specially sent champagne, which is a perfect journey.

This is my first time traveling in Venice, and I am looking forward to the hotel~ This hotel is very close to the water bus station. At the main railway station, take the water bus No. 1, and it is only 1 minute away from the hotel after getting off the boat. It is recommended to buy a day ticket according to the number of travel days and you can ride freely. Although the hotel did not have a river view for this arrangement, the staff arranged rooms with a few balconies. I am very grateful to them for deliberately arranging a small furnished room because it is a honeymoon. And send a bottle of wine as a blessing. The staff at the front desk of the hotel are very friendly, and they clearly introduce the surrounding attractions, and suggest tourist routes and recommended attractions worth visiting. Although the lights in the hotel room are relatively dark, the service is top-notch! Every time I go out and return to the hotel room, the staff will clean the room and even fold the clothes for me! The service was particularly pleasantly surprised.  All in all, I highly recommend this hotel, because the transportation is very convenient, and it can be regarded as an intermediate station of various attractions.

Hotel was close but also quiet beautiful hotel room was lovely with Juliette balcony overlooking the grand canal breakfast was good nice selection and all the staff were helpful and friendly especially the reception would definitely recommend I would book again thank you for an making our 4 days

It's a great hotel. They have welcome drink(tea/coffee)and snack for free. the room was enough big. Have bathtub. There have 2station for Subway. My booking was include a breakfast. Under ground floor(-1floor)A lot of bread, fruits,ham and cheese. of couse coffee. but very classic style hotel. it doesn't have outlet(power socket place)beside a bet. Need to use long cable or move bedside table to use a rump outlet.

The room is very spacious and the location is very good. It is very convenient to the train station and you can store your luggage for free. The room was on the first floor and was woken up by the noise from the restaurant in the morning. The city tax collected is inconsistent with what Ctrip shows.
