We are given a room which is a distance away from the reception - where there are no shelter, involved crossing a bridge and stairs. it was raining when we checked in - which results in great inconvenience. The place we were located at does not have lift and we are on the 2nd floor. Take note to those who wants to book this place w big luggages.
Other than that, room itself was clean and decoration was nice and modern. Aircon does not appear to be working as we felt that there isn’t ventilation in the room when windows are closed (for safety reasons). Room comes w free Mini bar as there were no breakfast.

The room was very clean, the canal was outside the window, the terrace of the restaurant was my favorite, sitting there drinking coffee, and enjoying breakfast.
The service was very good. We forgot the small bag of the passport in the hotel room. The boss helped us find it and kept it. We went back to get it.

The palace is a unique place, in itself, a historical residence. The rooms are then probably very variable, the two tested (bellavista suite with view of the Grand Canal and suite Canaletto, in the adjacent building), were spacious, pleasantly furnished, The hotel is a very special hotel for the hotel.

The hotel room is very clean and comfortable, the location is convenient, the pier is only a few steps away from the hotel entrance, remember to call self check in before going. Just pay attention to the quieter side at night, you have to go to the alley to return to the hotel, except for this other aspects are good.

A beautiful hotel in possibly the best location in Venice - away from the crowds but only a 10 minute water taxi from St Marks Square. The rooftop pool and bar provide a stunning view.
All staff very helpful and welcoming making our stay perfect.
We would not hesitate to return to the hotel.

The Ca' San Rocco is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Venice will find that the Ca' San Rocco is a fantastic accommodation choice. The hotel is only 800m from Venezia Santa Lucia Railway Station and 14km from Venice Marco Polo Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. There's plenty to do nearby, with Ponte delle Tette, Basilica of Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari and Scuola Grande Arciconfraternita di San Rocco all within a short distance. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. According to our trusted guests, the facilities at this hotel are first-rate.

Great
DDaydreamer1The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes' walk from surrounding attractions and about 28 minutes' walk from the lonely San Lucia train station. However, it is not recommended for travelers with suitcases to walk, although the original picture has a good view. You can go out from the train station and take the bus line 5.2. I may not have bought the ticket properly, but it cost 9 euros to get from the hotel to the train station. The hotel is not very close or far from the shopping street. However, the walking navigation signal is easy to drift. After walking into many narrow alleys, you have to find a way out.
The hotel room is small and the bathroom is large. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes. When I contacted the front desk, they said that the toothbrush was gone, which was very frustrating.
The hotel is near the seaside. You can go there for a walk and have a cup of coffee in the morning. It's not bad either.
The hotel recommended two restaurants: OGINA and which one is 50 meters straight on the right side of the hotel. OGINA Forget it, it's not that good. The other seafood restaurant was okay and the service was good. I ate there all day, but I had diarrhea the next morning. Maybe it was because I was lactose intolerant myself and ate a lot of cheese.
The breakfast in the hotel is very basic. It costs 25 euros and 5 euros plus tax. I am not happy with the 29 euros.
Overall, I spent 2,000 a night and enjoyed 3 stars in a first-tier domestic city.
One advantage of the hotel is that the hassle of taxis is free. z z z

MMiss Arielly RibeiroThe hotel is beautiful and well-decorated, with an elegant blend of classic and modern styles. However, its location is a bit far from the main attractions. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the staff, who were extremely polite and attentive.
Unfortunately, the Valentine’s Day dinner was a major disappointment. Despite having great potential to be a special night, it lacked planning and romance. There was no themed decoration, and the music selection was completely off, with Latin music playing instead of a romantic Italian soundtrack. The only saving grace of the evening was the menu—the food was simply delicious, and I am immensely grateful to the chef for that. Without his exceptional cuisine, the night would have been completely ruined.
Another frustrating detail was the absence of live music, despite the presence of a piano in the hotel. Throughout the entire weekend, there was no performance, which was a shame, as small details like this could have made a big difference in the atmosphere. Overall, the hotel has its qualities, but the service feels more like a 4-star standard rather than a true 5-star experience.

JJIATONGThe location of the hotel is very good, very close to the pier, it is very convenient for two stops from the railway station; but the check in is quite troublesome, the front desk is in another place, and the door of the apartment is not easy to find. It is in a very narrow alley. Big! ! The infrastructure is OK, but the elevators everywhere in Italy are really scary... Another point is that there are so many mosquitoes that seriously affect sleep! The room is retro style, and it's ok.

GGuest UserFront desk is super friendly
A more novel experience
The facilities in the hotel are very clean, the decoration is very new, and the facilities are quite textured.
It's warm!
However, the hotel reception is to go up a long staircase, and the mindful friends can avoid it.

MMonique YeungThe location of the hotel is not too difficult to find, the official website of the hotel has instructions to disembark at the water bus/taxi station, and then take a short walk (to use google map). The room is small but well equipped.

OoerbThe room is in a very good location. Near the train station Just a few minutes walk. (The entrance is inside the alley. Must walk in Not the door at the beginning of the alley) Our room has a very good view, right on the road overlooking the Grand Canal Canal and Ponte degli Scalzi Bridge.
Good buffet breakfast There are a variety of things to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very impressed
