The room is close to the train station, not cramped, and has a balcony where you can step out to enjoy the view. The hotel also provides luggage delivery service to the room.

A very comfortable stay in Venice, but the pricing is a little higher - granted that the place feels new and modern. The area is also quiet, would recommend to check out this place.

The room itself is just as in the pictures, and we got the one with a small balcony with a view, the problem was the noise/thin walls as we can hear the voices or normal conversations of the guests in the other room. We picked this hotel because it was really close, just 5 mins from the station, so that was very good. The service in the front desk wasn’t great though, the attitude of the staff weren’t very friendly (actually answers in condescending tone). We loved our stay in Venice aside from this hotel experience.

New hotel in the Tronchetto area of main Venice. It's very close to the water bus stop and there's also a bus stop that goes to the main bus terminal a few times a day which is also close. Although the hotel is very new, the hotel rooms feel like they could have a bit more decorating inside as they feel a bit lacking in decorations

The room felt quite small for the price, and the amenities were underwhelming. However, the two large, fully openable windows were a nice touch. There was no complimentary drinking water, which I believe is essential, and the TV wasn’t working. I didn’t reach out to the staff since I didn’t have the time. That said, the hotel is in a fantastic location and maintains a clean environment despite being in an older building. I’ve stayed at NH Collection hotels, including their 5-star properties, and they always seem to fall just short of being great. There’s definitely room for improvement. Lastly, I witnessed a customer requesting wine glasses from reception, only to be denied because the wine was purchased elsewhere—I found this to be poor service.

We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Venice for 2 nights as a couple and had a wonderful experience. Everything about our stay was smooth and hassle-free — from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Venice. The breakfast was also a highlight — fresh, delicious, and with a good variety. The hotel’s location is convenient, especially if you’re arriving or departing via the airport or train, and the shuttle service makes it even more accessible. Highly recommend this hotel for a stress-free and comfortable stay near Venice!

A beautiful hotel in possibly the best location in Venice - away from the crowds but only a 10 minute water taxi from St Marks Square. The rooftop pool and bar provide a stunning view. All staff very helpful and welcoming making our stay perfect. We would not hesitate to return to the hotel.

Hotel located at Santa Marco pier and you need take the ferry bus/taxi from the main railway station to the Santa Marco pier and walk 9 mins to hotel. Hotel located in a small alley and bkfast is good but lift and room quite small. Some room is located near toilets which cause many noise disturbances. There was an mis communication when request for room change.

Strategic location and decent room with a huge bathroom which was the plus point of the room. Quite disappointed with two situations in particular 1. Instead of giving us a queen bed, they joined two single beds and made it into a double bed. We didn't realize until midnight where we constantly sank into the gap where two beds were combined. 2. For two mornings in a row, there was renovation or noise going on at 8-8.30am until 10am. When we feedback to the staff at the front desk. They said it could be from the building next to them but I re-empahsize is from the common area between the rooms then one of the staffs said we have to call them instantly to resolve the issues else they can't do anything. Honestly, we got awake by the noise and how are we supposed to call them? For the standard of this hotel, I would expect a more responsible reply from the staffs then pushing it back to guests.

This time, I had few choices for booking a hotel because I was in a hurry. I thought the hotel was small and inconvenient to travel after reading the reviews. However, after checking in, the hotel service was very enthusiastic and the sleep was very quiet, which was much better than some big hotels I had been to before. Venice is very safe because you can walk everywhere. It is recommended that you find someone to help carry your luggage when you go from the train station to the hotel, as it is tiring to go up and down the stairs.
