The hotel is conveniently located right across from the train station, diagonally to the right as you exit, making it perfect for those traveling to the main island by train. I highly recommend purchasing a 24-hour day pass, which includes the train ticket to the island. The standard rooms are a bit small, but that's probably a trade-off for the excellent location. The breakfast was good. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a hostel, and I thought it was a mix of hostel and hotel, but it turned out to be all hostel rooms. The facilities are basic and limited. The four-person room I booked wasn't available, so I got a free upgrade to a six-person room, which just meant an extra bunk bed. It's not bad, just not what I expected. If you're okay with hostels, then it's fine.
The location is excellent, very convenient for transport. It's close to Venezia Mestre train station, just a ten-minute walk to get inside.

This is an ideal studio hotel. There is a small kitchenette with induction cooker and microwave. Also a dishwasher and fridge. All cutlery, pots and pans are there. Supermarket (Interspar) is just 5 mins walk away. There are a few eateries nearby the hotel. All the staff are friendly. We were met by staff Hinda who was super helpful. There is also a laundry room on ground floor.
To go over to Venice just need to walk across the road to the bus stop above the flyover bridge. Many buses go to Venezia, 2, 7, 7E, 8E.
The train station is about 5-10 mins walk from hotel.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Venice.

This is absolutely the right place to stay if you're visiting Venice! It's just a 10-minute train ride to Venice (for 1.5 Euros), and staying here also exempts you from Venice's access fee. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bathroom was equally roomy. The location is incredibly convenient, being only about 30 meters from the train station – literally just across the street. What's more, despite its proximity to the station, it was surprisingly quiet. There's a small gym available, which is perfectly adequate. Just a word of caution for Mestre: do be mindful of your belongings, and it's advisable not to venture out after dark.
Environment: A 15-minute walk from Mestre train station, or you can take a bus.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Facilities: Relatively new, but the room was particularly small.
Service: The old man at the front desk spoke slowly but communication was seamless. The self-service breakfast offered a wide variety, including croissants of different flavors, toast, cheese, boiled eggs, sausages, pickles, iced milk, juice, and yogurt.

The hotel location is excellent. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the train and bus stations that go to Venice and the airport. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and reception service was okay. But one thing really annoyed me: I don’t understand why a 4-star hotel doesn’t provide a kettle in the room. I drink tea, and there was only a coffee machine available. The reception told me to get hot water from the bar, which is fine, but the hot water looked dirty and didn’t seem clean. Also, the curtains never fully closed, there was always a gap, so it didn’t feel fully private.

The family room, despite having two beds, offered no real sense of privacy. Situated on a lower floor (M level), the view from the window was quite uninspiring. The surrounding area felt a bit chaotic, likely due to its proximity to the train station. While the breakfast selection was limited, other aspects were acceptable. In hindsight, we should have chosen a hotel on Venice's main island; booking this one was a definite mistake.
Walking distance to the nearest bus stop and straight up to Venice in 20 mins, strategic location! Staffs were super friendly, providing all the advices and guidances in Venice. Will definitely come back again next time.

The room and the whole hotel are very clean. When we checked in, the boss was very patient and explained in detail. The breakfast was rich in variety. The boss also took the initiative to put together two breakfast tables for the four of us. The details were very detailed. We first booked a family room for one night to try it out, and the next day we added a standard room for one night at the front desk. Although the price was much more expensive than the family room, the room was much larger and it was worth the money. It was really a pleasant, warm and comfortable stay!

GGuest UserThere is air conditioning. You can go to the front desk to ask for a remote control. Disposable slippers are also provided free of charge. There is a disposable shower gel shampoo and soap in the room. The uncle at the front desk looks very kind. But the room style is very depressed and old. I don't like it. I need to pay attention to 🥺 and I opened the bed and found that there was a huge shoe print on my sheets. . . . . But I was too tired and I lay down and slept.
RRugby7Although there is only a gas station across the hotel. But the location is still excellent. The bus stop to Venice and the airport is right outside the hotel. The bus takes 8 mins into Plazza di Roma. The hotel sells the bus tickets. And there are two buses and the timetable is very regular. We never had to wait more than 10 mins for a bus. So so convenient. The swimming pool also very good, not very busy. Breakfast was ok. Staff were extremely helpful with info, in particularly getting to venice and the airport.
CClaiudiuLocation by main road, easy to access by car, parking free so you don't pay! which is very good!
Careful with the ATM inside! IT CHARGED ME 3.95EUROS for 20 EUROS cash withdraw with Revolut... I was never charged in Europe or Asia wherever i withdrew by Revolut card only here...
For Bus, you can buy tickets from receoption!! nice.. but then you have to walk 15 minutes to number 24/24H bus to go to Venice, or you can go from hotel 10 mins to T1 tramway but ride is longer .. but for 1.5E per bus/tram ticket better walk instead of parking your car in Venice for approx. 25E, or cheaper but scammy car parks, unsafe..
Staff from reception and kitchen generous.. very very spacious rooms, safe and medium fridge in the room without freezer. Bathroom is equipped also, lights on the bed in heart shape is a nice idea for honeymooners.. AC is working good, breakfast was cheap and not bad. Overall I liked it here and I'd come again. Minus one star for atm surcharge
GGuest UserDisadvantages:
A tour group hotel, in a remote location, average soundproofing, average size,
The room also uses disposable paper cups for brushing teeth, and there are few types of breakfast.
In a word, if you are planning to come to Venice by train and want to stay in Mestre, although there is a free shuttle bus, it is not recommended at all.
Advantages:
If you drive from Florence/Bologna, this hotel is in a good location. It is just off the highway, next to the gas station, and there is a lidl supermarket with parking in 7 minutes. The hotel can take you to Mestre train station for free the next day, and pick you up at night, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserIt’s in a good location, can take the bus 2 which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel to get to Venice island in 15 minutes. The breakfast is decent, I don’t eat certain meats but there were a variety of pastries, bread, spreads to have with bread, fruit and veg, eggs. The hotel room was fairly clean, definitely worth it for the very affordable price. Only complaint is I wish they had kettles in the room to have tea or coffee with as it’s only provided during breakfast.

GGuest UserRoom size is just nice for 4pax. There’s no electric thermos inside the room but staff is kind enough to give hot water. Bathroom is clean. Housekeeping provided new towels daily. Reception is friendly.
