The place is ideal for arriving in Italy and leaving for the airport, the bus stop is opposite. The view from the window is 5+ Piazza San Marco is nearby. Warm (!!!) which is important in winter in Italy Not a bad breakfast in their restaurant. Reception 24 hours 👌 Everything creaked a little, and you could hear your neighbors - but for such a price-quality ratio (compared to the prices of neighboring hotels on the left and right), - I think everything was great ❤️ I would definitely come back more than once❤️

I am very pleased with the hotel. No dampness, perfect cleanliness, 14 sq. m. room, small but quite spacious compared to many hotels of this price. 5 minutes from the central square, cafes and laundries in 2 minutes. I highly recommend

Small hotel, rooms are small but cozy. The bed was only short, the legs were hanging down))) they offered a complimentary small breakfast. The location is good: 10 minutes to the square, 11-12 minutes to the Realto Bridge (there is also a Vaparetto boat stop).

Everything is great! 5 minutes from San Marco and Zacaria dock. Very good hotel, there is a mini refrigerator and a fan in the room, good water pressure. There are simple breakfasts. You can leave your luggage.

Wonderful to be in the centre although limited view of canals and happenings. Nice quiet corner and extremely easy to manage , secure access to our flat. Newly refurbished , high standard of finishes and interior design for luxury comfort. Kitchen pantry likewise enjoyment to make coffee and have our light breakfast. The only comment on the size of bathroom, shower is the shower door can only open 70% ( unit 23)) so would appreciate if establishment improved this to sliding door panel. Just a short stay but would definitely recommend this property and also try the other Be mate properties in other cities.

Incredible hotel - arrive by water taxi directly to the hotel, an old aristocrat palace from years gone by. We had a junior suite with a magnificent terrace and huge room. It had paintings on the ceiling, original marble and mosaic flooring. The service was great - helpful, correct information and nothing was too much trouble for the guys on the front desk. Breakfast was great and covered everything anyone would need. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. A quick walk to Rialto or St Marks, you will not be disappointed at this hotel. Thanks so much to all the team.

It was a very good stay. Although it was a little difficult to access the hotel from the airport (I felt even more so because it was raining), the hotel had good access to St. Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge, and you could walk to many places. I did. The front desk was also very kind and nice. The ceiling of the room was a little low, but it was a very nice, compact room with Venetian decor. The bathroom was also clean. The negative point was that the heating in the room was inoperable (it wouldn't turn off completely even if I turned it off), so I had to open the window all night. Thanks to that, I got a lot of mosquito bites even though it was November. . Also, the built-in hair dryer was of the type that stopped working due to heat, and it was difficult to use as it could not run continuously for more than 20 seconds. Once it cooled down, it could be used again.

The room is elegant and spacious, and it's considered a large room on the island of Venice. The bathtub in the bathroom is well-designed, but the door cannot be closed from the outside, which may not be ideal if any odors from the toilet waft into the bedroom. Unfortunately, the TV, YouTube, and mobile phone screen mirroring cannot be used. The service, however, is excellent. Can't really find a fault with this hotel. Ice cold air conditioning was so welcome in the 34degree heat of Venice. Location is fantastic. The room was spacious, bathroom had a double shower. If I ever come back to Venice I will stay here
