The room is close to the train station, not cramped, and has a balcony where you can step out to enjoy the view. The hotel also provides luggage delivery service to the room.

The room felt quite small for the price, and the amenities were underwhelming. However, the two large, fully openable windows were a nice touch. There was no complimentary drinking water, which I believe is essential, and the TV wasn’t working. I didn’t reach out to the staff since I didn’t have the time. That said, the hotel is in a fantastic location and maintains a clean environment despite being in an older building. I’ve stayed at NH Collection hotels, including their 5-star properties, and they always seem to fall just short of being great. There’s definitely room for improvement. Lastly, I witnessed a customer requesting wine glasses from reception, only to be denied because the wine was purchased elsewhere—I found this to be poor service.

Strategic location and decent room with a huge bathroom which was the plus point of the room. Quite disappointed with two situations in particular 1. Instead of giving us a queen bed, they joined two single beds and made it into a double bed. We didn't realize until midnight where we constantly sank into the gap where two beds were combined. 2. For two mornings in a row, there was renovation or noise going on at 8-8.30am until 10am. When we feedback to the staff at the front desk. They said it could be from the building next to them but I re-empahsize is from the common area between the rooms then one of the staffs said we have to call them instantly to resolve the issues else they can't do anything. Honestly, we got awake by the noise and how are we supposed to call them? For the standard of this hotel, I would expect a more responsible reply from the staffs then pushing it back to guests.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's a great value, situated in a quiet, yet bustling location, right between the train station and major attractions, both within walking distance. It's also right next to the pier, making it convenient for water transportation. The hotel is located next to a historic monastery, serving as an annex, but it's been newly renovated and has excellent facilities. The hotel is also very nice, with an interior courtyard and a small restaurant. Their spaghetti is excellent.

The address is very good, right next to the train station. The service is also very warm and the breakfast is good. But the room is poorly soundproofed, the decoration is old, and it is a bit cold. Especially in winter.

This homestay is similar to a small castle surrounded by rivers on three sides. It is about 15 minutes walk from the train station and 20 minutes walk to St. Mark's Square. It is very convenient whether it is by boat or citywalk. But it is not very easy to find, must use googlemap, there is a small bridge next to a bakery and church, through the bridge ring the doorbell, the boss will come to check in. This stay was very pleasant. I didn't expect the room to be so big, the bed was big, the bathroom was big, and there was a small room. In fact, I could live in a family of 5. There is free wifi in the room, you can watch various paid TV channels at night, the bathroom is really clean, and you sleep very comfortably at night.

A good small hotel, in the center of Venice. From the station varorretto Ca d'oro to go 5-8. To the main attractions relatively close, 15-20 to go. To the Riatlo Bridge is close. There is breakfast. The baggage can be left on the recession if it takes off in the evening and go for a walk.

In fact, it is similar to Airbnb, and you will receive email/WhatsApp one or two days before you step in. One building has three floors and two rooms on the first floor. The room types are large, but you have to go up the stairs. The stairs are so narrow that they are not suitable for large luggage. There will be people holding the room, and the air conditioner is turned on to the lowest temperature. Shower room - any shelf placed toiletries, can only be placed underground.

Highly recommended, I think this hotel should not have only three stars! All the staff, especially the front desk, are very enthusiastic, and the location is excellent. Because it is close to the train station, it is even more lively than St. Mark's Square. A hotel opened in 1879, formerly a monastery, the decoration reveals the atmosphere of history everywhere, which meets all my fantasies of European historical buildings. The room is also very clean and has a fresh smell, unlike the old hotels in Shanghai that have a musty smell. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety, and the hot chocolate and coffee are super delicious. You may have to drag your luggage a long way to other hotels, or take a 10 euro boat ticket to get there, but this hotel only takes a few minutes to walk after getting off the bus. If you come to Venice, please don't miss it.
