A nice room with a good location. But there is no lift, if you book for the upper floor, you need to go up with the stair. Breakfast is not available at that moment.

We had a large corner room top floor (no elevator) with windows and views down two canals. There are seven rooms total and a small kitchenette (used to be the breakfast room) available. It was a nice traditional room in an old building. Fair shower, hair dryer. Excellent location in a neighborhood with laundry, drugstore, grocery, deli and Vino Sfuso. Lots of plugs, good WiFi, refrigerator, coffee maker, AC. Friendly hosts, willing to help. Great price. We will stay again. *NOTE they have a "sister" hotel, entrance next door, with rooms on the second floor. It "looks more traditional" inside the room, but they have no AC.

Fabulous location, had a room with a view . The bed in our room 202 was extremely hard and we hardly slept , there was no mattress protection which didn’t feel right .. no coffee or tea facilities in the room or no kitchen facilities either to make yourself a coffee or tea ..

This place we stayed was great! The women on reception who greeted us was very polite and lovely! The room was good value for money! Spacious, clean, had mirrors and a desk and everything you needed really. The room was cleaned daily with no issues and the view was great! Bathroom was also good with a big shower area, powerful shower and hot water. Also has aircon and heating that worked great! Would definitely stay here again! Only downsides of this place was the light over the mirror in the bathroom didn’t work nor did the one in the shower. Bed was not overly comfy and 3 flights of stairs to go up. None of this was really an issue I would still recommend and stay again! Perfect location too

Beautiful stay in this "b&b" in a wonderful location, very close to Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Spectacular room overlooking the canal. We found everything neat and clean. Super price to be in the center of Venice, if we were to come back we will definitely come back. The girl who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately I would only call it a guest house and not a b&b because there is no breakfast, not even with a supplement, but it is absolutely worth it and I highly recommend it !!

Local abandoned to itself and no care in cleaning. They were not able to send me an email confirming my bank transfer, however they asked me to pay everything in advance. The manager is non-existent, the staff is not up to the task despite being kind.

A thousand good reasons not to go there. 1) telephone to book at the three Maries and they register you in an adjacent room that you do not know (Dimora dogale); 2) you pay the full amount of the stay and they don't send you a confirmation email, not even from the umpteenth request. 3) you arrive and find a poor guy at the reception who doesn't master the Italian language and tells you that he doesn't know anything about the hotel because he's only been working there for a few hours a week. 3) you go up a steep staircase to reach the room and you immediately notice that cleanliness is non-existent: there is an old carpet from the seventies that hasn't seen a wash for decades and that slips under your feet because the brass sticks that they are used to fix it or they are not there or they are on leave and they get under your feet, risking making you fall. 4) the room is not properly cleaned. In conclusion: a bad experience to be attributed entirely to the manager (invisible and unreachable) and certainly not to his many employees.

Marvelous. Very central location, close to both Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. If you arrive from the station, I recommend the vaporetto, especially if you have luggage. It can be done on foot if you are not carrying weights. Friendly and helpful staff, cozy and clean room. The only flaw are the stairs: many and uncomfortable. Great prices!

After having had some difficulties for Check-in (4 calls because there is obviously no reception on site), a very nice person came to give us our room. After a misunderstanding that would be due to the travel agency, and despite the description on another booking site, the extra bed had not been provided and a "supplement" should have been paid. The services promised are not all there (ok for the wifi and an air conditioning that only heats up) and there is no trace of the other amenities such as the gym and especially the planned breakfast. not even been approached by the person who greeted us except to let us know that we would find everything we needed around. On the other hand, the big positive point is the location; we are close to everything (san marco square, the rialto…). The room is spacious and clean as well as the bathroom, it just takes a little (a lot) of courage to access it especially when you have walked all day.
