It was a bad experience. We arrived and the access code received in the email was not correct. We had to call and insist to get through. The conditioned room, the bathroom small and in poor condition, the air conditioning duct was falling out, it did not cool.
The worst thing was that after many hours, the owner wrote accusing us of having taken and keeping the key to another room, there was a key on the bed in the room, of which we did not know where it was from. The owner should have first asked and inquired correctly with other people. He insulted and offended us.

Location is a strong point if not the main thing.
We had booked a room with bathroom confirmeapres telephone call, this was not the case .... shared bathroom with two rooms on the landing.
No bedside table not even a small one....
The very large bed was very pleasant as well as the air conditioning.
Management not very pleasant.

I enjoyed my stay here, very large shared living room area in the apartment with kitchen facilities, big room with comfortable bed too. Great for the price. Host was friendly and had great communication for access. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from Santa Lucia

Terrible!!!!!! Do not book this place! Horrible room! There was not a restroom in the room, but a shower in front of the bed next to the wardrobe with curtain.. disgusting and wetting everywhere… sink was not working the water would just stay there for minutes.. the toilet did so much noise all the time, it kept flushing even during the night.. a disgusting smell were coming from the “toilet”. You seriously cannot rent a room like this! Disgusting experience! spider cobwebs everywhere! We left the room after the first night, horrible smell all night, noisy toilet flushing all the time and a shower that was in the middle of the room… no works can describe! Do not book this place it’s a nightmare! No decent human being can pay over 130 euro to sleep in a place like this!

Really nice and quiet area, right next to Piazzale Roma and about a 10/15 minute walk to the main bit near bridge Rialto and San Marco! Bed was really comfy and room was clean. Only thing was that you could sometimes hear people coming in through the doors but wasn’t an issue at all! Had a nice kitchen which they gave you complimentary snacks and drinks which was great! Good communication aswell. Unsure why there is bad reviews as we did have a really good stay so if you are wanting to have a peaceful quiet area this is the place! There was also shops right next to us and places to eat within a 10 second walk!

We arrive in a large, pleasant living room with a view of a river arm. It is clean and friendly. We open the door to our room and smell a foul odor of perfume mixed with mosquito repellent, it is unbreathable. The room is basic with no investment from the managers. The next day, we are greeted by a very unpleasant person. Not even a hello. We really feel like we are disturbing. PS, remember to hold the front door of the apartment or you will be insulted by the owner above.
