Great location close to Rialto. Friendly staff. No breakfast, but you can go to very nice places nearby. Walls are not soundproof, so you hear all the action around and inside the house, which is normal for older houses.

The hotel facilities are very good. The boss also upgraded us for free so that the four of us can live in a larger space. These are two-story rooms with two toilets. The environment is very clean and very close to the boat ride.

Excellent location, old furniture and pictures in the promotional content, do not expect old furniture, friendly staff, it is satisfactory if you do not expect soundproofing and structure like modern hotels due to the nature of the old building ☆☆☆

We stayed in a superior room with a private rooftop terrace. The room was cute, with sloping ceilings, which it to be expected. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. The terrace was amazing. We loved sitting up there with a glass of prosecco after a busy day exploring. The hotel is in a perfect location, near St Mark's square and the Rialto bridge. Also an excellent convenience store just round the corner. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place and lovely staff here. Everything was perfect ! The room was beautiful with gorgeous murano fixtures and the bed and the bedding was very comfortable and nice. First class place ! I would definitely return next visit to Venice. Great location too !

Absolutely incredible accommodation! Stayed in the superior suite with my husband and two children and we lived having separate bedrooms. The place was spacious, clean, and we were welcomed with wine and water and directions to local recommendations. Amazing experience and only wished we could have stayed more nights.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Made recommendations for dinner that were fantastic. Not far from the Rialto bridge and the water bus. Everywhere we wanted to see in Venice was less than a 10 minute walk. Quiet plaza so it was great at night for sleeping. Rooms are unique and charming We would absolutely stay again.
