The hotel is of a relatively high standard among four-star hotels. We booked a loft room and our family of three lived very comfortably. The breakfast standard was also very high, with a wide selection of bread, cake, cheese, ham, and fruit, and the service was also very good. However, since it was my first time in Venice, I didn't know that taxis couldn't go directly to the hotel, so I walked 1.2 kilometers with my luggage up and across the bridge, which was very tiring. I knew I could take a boat when I left, so everyone should plan well.

From the airport to the hotel, you have to walk 500 meters because the car cannot drive in. The hotel is poorly clean. On the first day of check-in, I found that the table was very dusty and asked the waiter to clean it again. The window in the room is a decoration. There are two curtains. The gap between the curtains allows sunlight to penetrate. I will be woken up by the sun in the morning. The environment downstairs of the hotel is good. Congratulations to the establishment, super attentive service from Claudia when we arrived for check-in, even speaking in Portuguese. He offered us an option to “up grade” accommodation, showed us the ways in Venice. More than recommended.
