The hotel is located in the center of Mestre, 2 km to the railway station. We got to Venice by tram, the stop is nearby, we bought tickets at the stop in the machine. The staff is hospitable, the service was pleasant. The hotel is clean and renovated. We did not take breakfast, I can not say anything about this. Thank you. I recommend

Pros:
1. Excellent location - close to bus/tram stop to Venice, 3 minutes walk (tickets can be bought at the hotel reception). Also around a lot of cafes, convenient.
2. The rooms are pleasant, there is a refrigerator, air conditioning
3. The hotel is small, it was quiet
Cons are not critical, but still:
1. There are no screens on the windows, we were bitten by mosquitoes
2. The air conditioner is very old and noisy, even at minimum power. But we slept with him, we got very tired during the day in Venice)
3. The shower door does not close completely
4. We missed a kettle in the room

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле второй раз. Я забронировала стандартный двухместный номер как и в прошлый раз, но в этот раз, к сожалению, я была очень разочарована самим номером и Атмосферой за окном. Это номер на 1 этаже и окна выходят во двор на крышу, где валялся какой-то мусор, ржавый железный стул прям перед моим окном🙁. Сам номер намного меньше, со старым оборудованием в ванной и душевая настолько маленькая, что я там еле поместилась.
Про уборку: девушка заправила постель и принесла чистые полотенца, но она не забрала мусор из ведра в комнате и запах остатков вчерашнего перекуса оставался в комнате весь день.
• также вам прийдется заплатить дополнительно налог на отель при заселении: 3,50 € за одну ночь
На ресепшене всегда приятный сервис☺️
