Central location. Our rooms were upgraded. Delicious breakfast. One drawback is small lift.

Hotel was just next to the railway station which is very convenient for travelers who have heavy luggages. There is no need to climb the bridge with the luggages also. But there is no slipper or kettle in the room. The room can hear noises from the pavement and restaurants next to the hotel

Really convenient location if you need to hop on and off a train. Friendly staff and nice continental breakfast.

Not the NH Collection 4 stars category.
Room heater is so warm that you have to open the window. Most hotels are centrally controlled, but to hav the room registered 27oC is ridiculous. The staff say nothing can be done, except to turn it off.
Room desperately need renovation.
Compared to NH Milan Touring, NH Venice is 1 star.
